Strategi kepala madrasah dalam mempercepat hafalan al-Qur'an siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darun Najah Kabupaten Sidoarjo

Pendidikan menjadi prioritas utama dalam menentukan kualitas serta mutu sumber daya manusia. Oleh karenanya pada bidang pendidikan dibutuhkan tenaga kependidikan yang profesional tak terkecuali Kepala Madrasah. Dalam hal ini Kepala Madrasah bertugas menjadi pemimpin dan berperan atas ketercapaian dari tujuan lembaga yang dipimpin dengan membuat strategi. Disisi lain, pendidikan berbasis agama dapat diberikan kepada siswa sedini mungkin. Hal ini sebagai upaya membentuk kepribadian siswa menjadi muslim yang beriman, beramal shaleh serta berakhlakul karimah. Salah satu bentuk pendidikan berbasis agama ialah dengan program Tahfidz Al-Qur’an.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui strategi yang digunakan Kepala Madrasah dalam rangka mempercepat hafalan Al-Qur’an siswa MI Darun Najah; (2) mengetahui implementasi strategi Kepala Madrasah dalam mempercepat hafalan Al-Qur’an siswa MI Darun Najah; (3) mengetahui hasil akhir dari implementasi strategi Kepala Madrasah dalam mempercepat hafalan Al-Qur’an siswa MI Darun Najah.

Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) perencanaan dalam mempercepat hafalan Al-Qur’an ialah dengan menunjuk koordinator BBQ, menunjuk guru tahfidz, mendiagnosis kebutuhan dalam membaca Al-Qur’an dan klasifikasi kelas: (2) pelaksanaan program Tahfidz di MI Darun Najah yaitu menggunakan metode talqin; (3) Implementasi pelaksanaan program Tahfidz di MI Darun Najah ditunjukan dengan melihat capaian berdasrkan tujuan retensi siswa yang meningkat.

Education is a top priority in determining the quality of human resources. Therefore, in the field of education, professional education personnel are needed, including the principal. In this case, the Principal is tasked with being a leader and plays a role in the ability of the objectives of the institution led by making a strategy. On the other hand, faith-based education can be given to students as early as possible. This is in an effort to shape the personality of students into Muslims who believe, charity and practice akhlakul karimah. One form of faith-based education is the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an program.

This research aims to (1) find out the strategies used by the Principal in order to accelerate the memorization of the Qur'an of MI students Darun Najah; (2) knowing the implementation of the Principal's strategy in accelerating the memorization of the Qur'an of MI students Darun Najah; (3) know the final results of the implementation of the Principal's strategy in accelerating the memorization of the Qur'an of MI students Darun Najah.

This research includes a type of qualitative descriptive research with data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews and documentation. The results showed that (1) planning in accelerating the memorization of the Qur'an was to appoint BBQ coordinators, appoint tahfidz teachers, diagnose the need to read the Qur'an and class classification: (2) the implementation of the Tahfidz program at MI Darun Najah using the talqin method; (3) The implications of implementing the Tahfidz program at MI Darun Najah are demonstrated by looking at achievements based on increased student retention goals.

إن التربية تصبح الآن أَوْلَوِيَّةً قصوى في تعيين جودة ونوعية الموارد البشرية. لذلك، في مجال التربية، هناك حاجة إلى موظف تعليمي مهني . ومنهم مدير المدرسة. في هذه الحالة، يكون المدير مسؤولاً عن كونه قائدًا ولعب دورا مهما في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة التي يقودها بوضع أنواع استراتيجيات. ومن ناحية أخرى، يمكن تقديم التربية القائمة على قيم دينية للطلاب أسرع الإمكان. فهذه من إحدى المحاولات لتشكيل شخصية الطلاب ليصبحوا مسلمين مؤمنين ويعملوا الصالحات ويتمتعوا بأخلاق كريمة. وإن من أحد أشكال التربية الدينية هو برنامج تحفيظ القرآن.

تستهدف هذه الدراسة إلى (1) معرفة الاستراتيجيات التي يستخدمها المدير من أجل تسريع حفظ القرآن لطلاب مدرسة دار النجاح الابتدائية الإسلامية. (2) معرفة تنفيذ استراتيجية مدير المدرسة في تسريع حفظ القرآن لطلاب مدرسة دار النجاح الابتدائية الإسلامية؛ (3) معرفة النتيجة النهائية من تنفيذ استراتيجية مدير

المدرسة في تسريع حفظ القرآن لطلاب مدرسة دار النجاح الابتدائية الإسلامية. ونوع هذا البحث هو بحث كيفي وصفي مع طريقة جمع البيانات بشكل الملاحظة والمقابلة والتوثيق. وقد دلّت نتائج البحث أن (1) التخطيط في تسريع حفظ القرآن وهو بتعيين مُنَسِّق برنامج تحفيظ القرآن، وتعيين مدرس تحفيظ القرآن، وتشخيص الحاجات إلى قراءة القرآن، وتصنيف الفصول؛ (2) تنفيذ برنامج تحفيظ القرآن بمدرسة دار النجاح الابتدائية الإسلامية وهو باستخدام طريقة التلقين؛ (3) يظهر تنفيذ برنامج تحفيظ القرآن بمدرسة دار النجاح الابتدائية الإسلامية من خلال النظر إلى الانجازات بناءً على زيادة أهداف الاحتفاظ بالطلاب.
