Abstract
INDONESIA:
Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pembinaan akhlakul karimah melalui budaya Islami. Guru Pendidikan Islam sebagai pemimpin dalam mengembangkan budaya Islami memiliki tanggung jawab terhadap seluruh aspek pendidikan Agama Islam mulai dari tanggung jawa terhadap proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di kelas hingga di luar kelas atau lingkungan sekolah.
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1. Budaya Islami di MTs Negeri Bangil, 2. Praktek kepemimpinan Guru PAI dalam mengembangkan budaya Islami di MTs Negeri Bangil, 3. Model kepemimpinan guru PAI dalam mengembangkan budaya Islami di MTs Negeri Bangil.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dimana teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) budaya Islami di Mts Negeri Bangil yaitu, jumat pagi pada kegiatan jumat pagi ini terdiri dari beberapa kegiatan, yakni pembacaan sholawat, pembacaan asmaul husna, istighosah dan doa, ceramah dan sholat dhuha berjamaah, mushofahah, quranisasi, sholat dhuhur berjamaah, dan khotmil quran., 2) praktek kepemimpinan guru PAI dalam Mengembangkan budaya Islami di MTs Negeri Bangil, yaitu, memberi teladan, membiasakan hal-hal baik, menegaggkan disiplin, memberi motivasi, memberikan hadiah, memberikan hukuman dan bekerjasama dengan civitas madrasah, 3) model kepemimpinan guru PAI dalam mengembangkan budaya Islami yaitu model kepemimpinan demokratis.

The research background is about training akhlaqul karimah or good attitude trough Islamic Culture. The teacher of Islamic Education Program who is as the leader has responsibility in developing culture to the Islamic Education learning process whether inside or outside the school.
The research aims is to know 1. Islamic culture in MTs Negeri Bangil, 2. The leadership practice of the teacher of Islamic Education Program in developing Islamic culture at MTs Negeri Bangil.
This research is categorized as qualitative research by using descriptive analysis which the collecting data are gotten by doing observation, interviews, and documentation. The method of analysis data consists of collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and rising conclusion.
The result of this analysis reveals that: 1) Islamic culture in MTs Negeri Bangil Morning Friday. The activity in every morning Friday consists of some activities, those are, reciting of Shalawat, Asmaul Husna, Istigosah pray, speech, pray dhuha together, mushofahah, teaching Quran, pray dhuhur together, and reciting Quran., 2) The leadership practice by teacher of Islamic Education Program in developing Islamic culture at MTs Negeri Bangil is that, giving paragon, habiting good things, building discipline, giving motivation, giving gift, giving punishment, cooperating with madrasas civitas ,3) The leadership model of teacher of Islamic Education Program in developing Islamic culture that is democratic leadership model.
