Pengaruh lama paparan murottal Surat Al-Fatihah terhadap proliferasi sel granulosa kambing (Capra aegagrus hircus) secara in vitro

Al-Quran merupakan mukjizat Allah swt yang diturunkan kepada Nabi Muhammad saw. Salah satu kemukjizatan tersebut terletak pada segi bahasa yang terlihat dari keindahan susunan dan gaya bahasanya. Keindahan al-Quran akan lebih terasa jika dibaca sesuai dengan tajwid. Bacaaan tersebut dikenal dengan Murottal. Murottal bersumber dari al-Quran yang terdiri dari berbagai macam surat. Salah satunya surat al-Fatihah yang selalu dibaca oleh setiap muslim minimal 17 kali dalam 24 jam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama paparan Murottal Surat Al-Fatihah terhadap proliferasi sel granulosa kambing (Capra aegagrus hircus) secara in vitro.

Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah eksperimental. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sel granulosa yang diambil dari ovarium kambing (Caprus aegagrus Hircus) yang ditumbuhkan dalam media TCM 199. Kemudian dipapar Murottal surat al-Fatihah dengan durasi yang berbeda, yaitu 20 menit/hari, 30 menit/hari, dan 40 menit/hari selama 5 hari. Parameter penelitian ini meliputi proliferasi dan viabilitas sel. Proliferasi sel diamati melalui gambar hasil kurtur, sedangkan viabilitas sel dihitung dengan uji statistik ANOVA dan uji lanjut BNT.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lama paparan Murottal surat al-Fatihah berpengaruh terhadap proliferasi dan viabilitas sel granulosa kambing. Proliferasi sel terlihat dari tingkat perlekatan sel dan ekspansi sel. Sedangkan viabilitas sel dilihat dari perbedaan antara K0 (kontrol) dan perlakuan. Untuk persentase viabilitas tertinggi diperoleh pada pemaparan Murottal surat al-Fatihah selama 30 dan 40 menit.

Al-Quran is a marvel of Allah given to the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him. One of the miracle is on the language feature that can be seen through the beautiful structure and the figurative language. The beauty of Qur’an can be felt more if it is read in accordance with the tajweed; which is known as Murottal. Murottal originally from Al-Qur’an consisting various surahs. One of them is surah Al-Fatihah which is always read by every muslim at least 17 times in every 24 hours. This research intends to find out the influence of Murottal of Surah Al-Fatihah’s exposure length toward the proliferation of Granulose cells of goat (Capra aegagrus Hircus) through in vitro.

Research method used is experimental research. The sample is granulose cell taken from ovary of goat (Caprus aegagrus Hircus) grown in TCM 199 as the media. Then, exposed by Murottal of surah Al-Fatihah with different durations; namely 20 minutes/day, 30 minutes/day, and minutes/day for 5 days. The research parameter consists of cell proliferation and viability. Cell proliferation observed through the picture of culture’s result, while cell viability counted using ANOVA statistic test and advanced BNT test.

The result of the research shows that Murottal of surah Al-Fatihah exposure’s length affects the proliferation and the viability of goat’s granulose cell. Cell proliferation can be seen from the cell sticky degree and the cell expansion. Whilst, cell viability can be seen from the difference between the K0 (controlled) and the treatment. The highest viability is obtained at the 30 and 40 minutes exposure of surah Al-Fatihah’s Murottal.
