Abstract
INDONESIA:
Timbal merupakan salah satu logam berat yang memiliki kelimpahan tinggi di alam dan bersifat toksik terhadap makhluk hidup. Aktivitas pertambangan menjadi salah
satu sumber pencemaran timbal di lingkungan. Bioremediasi menggunakan bakteri merupakan salah satu alternatif penanganan pencemaran timbal yang ramah lingkungan
dan efisien. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suhu terhadap kemampuan bioremediasi timbal oleh bakteri T2P2 yang didapat dari kawasan pertambangan di Tulungagung.
Bioremediasi timbal dilakukan pada media Nutrient Broth (NB) yang mengandung 100 ppm timbal. Inkubasi bakteri dilakukan secara statis pada variasi suhu ruang, 30, 35, dan 40°C, dengan pH 7 selama 24 jam. Kadar residu timbal dalam media diukur menggunakan spektrofotometer serapan atom - nyala pada panjang gelombang 283,3 nm, lalu dibandingkan dengan konsentrasi awal timbal. Konsentrasi timbal teremediasi
dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan One Way ANOVA.
Kemampuan bioremediasi timbal oleh bakteri T2P2 ditunjukkan dengan nilai timbal teremediasi. Pada variasi suhu ruang, nilai timbal teremediasi sebesar 39,81%; suhu 30°C sebesar 45,46%; suhu 35°C sebesar 59,89%; dan suhu 40°C sebesar 59,02%. Uji statistik menunjukkan adanya pengaruh nyata suhu inkubasi terhadap nilai timbal teremediasi (sig<0,05). Bakteri T2P2 menunjukkan kemampuan bioremediasi timbal
optimal pada kondisi suhu inkubasi 35°C.

Lead is a heavy metal that has high abundance in nature and toxic to living organisms. Mining activities are source of lead pollution in the environment. Bioremediation using bacteria is an alternative solution for handling lead pollution which is environmentally friendly and efficient. This research was conducted to determine the effect of incubation temperature on lead bioremediation ability by bacteria T2P2 obtained from mining site in Tulungagung.
Lead bioremediation assay was carried out on Nutrient Broth (NB) media containing lead 100 ppm. Bacteria was incubated with variations room temperature, 30, 35, and 40°C, pH 7 for 24 hours. Lead residue in the media was measured using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer at wavelength 283.3 nm, then compared with the initial concentration. The effect of incubation temperature on the lead bioremediation was
statistical analyzed using One Way ANOVA.
Lead bioremediation ability of bacteria T2P2 was showed by the value of remedied. Lead that 39.81% at room temperature; 45.46% at 30°C; 59.89% at 35°C; and 59.02% at 40°C. Statistical test showed that there was a significant effect of incubation temperature on the value of remedied Lead (sig<0.05). The bacteria T2P2 showed optimal lead bioremediation ability at incubation temperature 35°C.

كَانَتِيمْبَالْ هُوَ أَحَدُ الْمَعَادِنِ الثَّقِيْلَةِ لَهُ الْوَفْرَةُ الرَّافِعَةُ فِي الْعَالَمِ وَ لَهُ صِفَةُ السُّمِّ نَحْوَ كَائِنِ الْحَيِّ. وَ تَكُوْنُ عَمَلِيَّةُ التَّعْدِيْنِ أَحَدَ مَصَادِرِ الْوَسَاخَةِتِيمْبَالْ فِي الْبِيْئَةِ. وَ يَسْتَعْمِلُبِؤَوْرَيْمَيْدِيَاسِيْالْجُرْثُوْمِ وَ هُوَأَحَدُ رَدَائِفِ مُعَامَلَةِ الْوَسَاخَةِتِيمْبَالْ لَطِيْفٌ بِيْئَتُهُ وَ الْفَعَّالُ. وَ غَرْضُ هَذَا الْبَحْثِ لِمَعْرِفَةِ أَثَرِ دَرَجَةِ الْحَرَارَةِ نَحْوَ قُدْرَةِبِؤَوْرَيْمَيْدِيَاسِيْ تِيمْبَالْمِنْ اِيْسَوْلَاتِ الْجُرْثُوْمِ T2P2 الَّتِيْ تُنَالُ مِنَالْبُحَيْرَةِ تِيْكَا وَرْنَا تُوْلُونجْ اَكُونجْ.
و تُعْرَفُقُدْرَةُ بِؤَوْرَيْمَيْدِيَاسِيْ تِيمْبَالْ بِتَقْرِيْنِ رَيْسِيْدُوْتِيمْبَالْ بِالْاِكْتِرَاثِ الْأَوَّلِتِيمْبَالْ الَّذِيْ يُزَادُ. وَ تُعْمَلُ تَجْرِبَةُقُدْرَةِ بِؤَوْرَيْمَيْدِيَاسِيْ تِيمْبَالْ فِي الْوَسِيْلَةِNutrient Broth (NB) الَّتِيْ تَحْتَوِيْ عَلَى 100 ppmتِيمْبَالْ. وَ تُعْمَلُالْحَضَانَاتُ اِيْنَوْكُوْلُومْ مَا دَامَ 24 سَاعَةً بِتَنَوُّعِ دَرَجَةِ حَرَارَةِ الْغُرْفَةِ، 30، 35 و 40 °C. وَ يُقَاسُ قِيَاسُ رَيْسِيْدُوْتِيمْبَالْ فِي الْوَسِيْلَةِ بِاِسْتِعْمَالِ سَفَيكْتَرَوْفَوْتَوْمَيْتَيرْ سَيْرَافَانْ ذُرَّةٍ فِي طَوِيْلِ مَوْجِ 283،3 nm. وَ أَثَرُدَرَجَةِ الْحَرَارَةِ نَحْوَ قُدْرَةِ بِؤَوْرَيْمَيْدِيَاسِيْ تِيمْبَالْ تُحَلَّلُالْإِحْصَائِيَّةُ بِاِسْتِعْمَالِ تَجْرِبَةِOne Way ANOVA.
