Abstract
INDONESIA:
Pendidikan Kedisiplinan santri merupakan elemen terpenting di Pondok Pesantren, Pendidikan kedisiplinan santri merupakan sarana paling efektif dalam proses pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren. Pembinaan dan pemantauan pendidikan kedisiplinan santri berlangsung selama 24 jam, semua itu juga tidak lepas dari manajemen didalamnya, sehingga semua orang yang terlibat di Pondok Pesantren, mulai dari santri, guru, maupun pengasuh Pondok Pesantren dapat mengikutinya dengan baik.
Adapun tujuan penelitian ini, Pertama, mendeksripsikan perencanaan pendidikan kedisiplinan santri di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. Kedua, mendeksripsikan pelaksanaan pendidikan kedisiplinan santri di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. Ketiga, mendeksripsikan pengawasan pendidikan kedisiplinan santri di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor.
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dan pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, yang semuanya untuk menjawab permasalahan tentang manajemen pendidikan kedisiplinan santri di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor, adapun informan penelitian ini adalah Pengasuhan Santri dan Santri.
Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menemukan beberapa temuan dalam manajemenen pendidikan kedisiplinan santri yang meliputi: 1. Perencanaan pendidikan kedisiplinan santri di Pondok Modern Gontor, meliputi a. merumuskan tujuan pendidikan kedisiplinan santri sesuai dengan visi, misi dan tujuan Pondok Modern Gontor; b. membuat peraturan kedisiplinan santri; c. membuat pedoman pelanggaran beserta hukuman yang akan diberikan kepada pelanggar kedisiplinan; dan d. menetapkan jadwal kegiatan kedisiplinan santri. 2. Pelaksanaan pendidikan kedisiplinan santri di Pondok Modern Gontor, meliputi a.memberikan pengarahan berkenaan dengan pendidikan kedisiplinan santri; b. memberikan motivasi kepada santri berkaitan dengan pendidikan kedisiplinan santri; c. memimpin atas jalannya pendidikan kedisiplinan santri; d. berkomunikasi kepada santri dalam memberikan pemahaman pendidikan kedisiplinan santri; dan e. Mengambil keputusan atas tindakan pelanggaran kedisiplinan santri. 3. Pengawasan pendidikan kedisiplinan santri di Pondok Modern Gontor, meliputi 2 cara, yaitu: a. pengawasan secara langsung terdiri dari mahkamah, keliling dan pembacaan absensi dan b. pengawasan secara tidak langsung terdiri dari jasus (mata-mata) dan evaluasi berjenjang atau periodesasi.

Education disciplinary of students in the most important in the boarding school and the most effective media in the educational monitoring of discipline students last for 24 hours, it also can’t be separated from management in it, so that everyone involved in boarding school, ranging from students, teachers, and guidance and headmaster of pondok can do it well.
These researches used are, First, to description of plan of education disciplinary students in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. Secondly, to description of implementation of education disciplinary students in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. Third, to description of monitoring of education disciplinary students in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor.
This research used a qualitative approach with case study, and the data collection used by interview, observation, and documentation, which are to answer the problems of management of education disciplinary students in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor, than informant of this research are guidance of students and students in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor.
In this research, researchers found some of the findings in management of education disciplinary students in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor, include: 1. Planning of education disciplinary students in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor, include: a. to formulating of educational goals of discipline students accordance with the vision, mission, and objectives of Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor; b. to make a regulatory discipline students; c. to make guideline violations along the punishment that will be given to discipline violators; and d. to establish an activities schedule of discipline students. 2. Implementation of education disciplinary students in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor, include: a. to provide regarding guidance in education disciplinary students; b. to provide motivation of the related of education disciplinary students; c. the lead over the course of education disciplinary students; d. to communicate with students in providing educational understanding of education disciplinary students; e. to take decisions on offenses of education disciplinary students. 3. Monitoring of education disciplinary students in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor, include: a. direct supervision consist of court, or roving inspection and reading of attendance; b. indirect supervision consist of jasus (spy), periodicity or gradual evalution.
