Abstract
INDONESIA:
Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah yang mampu memperhatikan situasional bawahan/guru yang dipimpin dengan menggunakan komunikasi secara interpersonal dalam mengefektifkan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional terhadap kinerja guru di MAN kabupaten Malang, (2) Menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru di MAN kabupaten Malang, (3) Menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional dan komunikasi interpersonal kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru di MAN kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional terhadap kinerja guru di MAN kabupaten Malang, (2) pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru di MAN kabupaten Malang, (3) pengaruh kepemimpinan situasional dan komunikasi interpersonal kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru di MAN kabupaten Malang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survey. Metode pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui metode kuesioner (angket). Teknik analisis data meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis uji hipotesis, uji normalitas dan uji linieritas.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan Situasional di MAN kabupaten Malang memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dengan signifikansi t sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. (2) Komunikasi Interpersonal Kepala Madrasah di MAN kabupaten Malang memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dengan signifikansi t sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.. (3) Kepemimpinan situasional dan komunikasi interpersonal kepala madrasah di MAN kabupaten Malang memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dengan signifikansi F sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.
ENGLISH:
Leadership headmaster who is able to pay attention to situational subordinates / teacher led to the use of communication in interpersonal in effecting the performance of teachers. This study aims to: (1) to analyze the influence of situational leadership on teacher performance in MAN Malang regency, (2) to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication headmaster on teacher performance in MAN Malang district, (3) to analyze the influence of situational leadership and interpersonal communication headmaster to teacher performance at MAN Malang regency. This research aims to identify and analyze: (1) the influence of situational leadership of a teacher performance in MAN Malang regency , (2) the influence of interpersonal communication headmaster on teacher performance in MAN Malang district, (3) the influence of situational leadership and interpersonal communication headmaster on teacher performance in MAN Malang regency.
This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of survey research. Methods of data collection was obtained through questionnaires (questionnaire). Data analysis techniques include validity, reliability, hypothesis testing analysis, test for normality and linearity test.
The results showed that: (1) Situational Leadership at MAN Malang district has an influence on the performance of teachers with a significance of 0.000 t <0.05. (2) Interpersonal Communication Principals in MAN Malang district has an influence on the performance of teachers with a significance of 0.000 t <0.05. (3) Situational Leadership and interpersonal communication headmaster at MAN Malang regency have influence on the performance of teachers with significantly F 0.000 <0.05.
