Abstract
ABSTRAK
Berdasarkan observasi awal diketahui bahwa guru masih menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional, kegiatan pembelajaran didominasi dengan penyampaian materi tanpa adanya praktik mengakibatkan siswa pasif, pembelajaran berlansung di dalam kelas, belum pernah menggunakan media. Selain itu, diketahui bahwa banyak siswa mengalami kesulitan pemahaman konsep, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil pretest yang diberikan. Penggunaan model CLIS berangkat dari pengetahuan awal siswa,melalui pengalaman langsung siswa diajak menemukan konsep, pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa dan meningkatkan keaktifan dan kreatifitas siswa.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model CLIS terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV MI Al-Hidayah Wajak-Malang. Penelitian ini digolongkan ke dalam eksperimen semu (quasi experiment). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian noneequivalent control group design, dengan mengambil sampel penelitian dua kelas yaitu kelas VI A sebagai kelompok kontrol dan kelas VI B sebagai kelompok eksperimen. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes untuk pretest dan posttest.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai rata-rata kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Dari analisis data diketahui bahwa nilai rata-rata posttest pada kelompok eksperimen 74,51, sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol 50,81.Nilai Sig. (0,000) < 0,05. dan thitung (12,080) > ttabel (2,006), maka ditolak dan diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model CLIS berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV MI Al-Hidayah Wajak-Malang.
Dari hasil penelitian, disarankan bagi guru dapat menerapkan model CLIS sebagai alternatif untuk membenahi miskonsepsi dan meningkatkan pembelajaran IPA, perlu adanya penelitian yang lebih lanjut, karena hasil penelitian ini hanya dilakukan di MI Al-Hidayah Wajak-Malang dan pada materi struktur tumbuhan, bagi peneliti selanjutnya, diharapkan mengadakan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang model CLIS dengan konsep yang lebih baik .
ABSTRACT
Based on preliminary observations, known that teachers still used conventional learning models, learning activities were dominated by the delivery of content without any practical that resulted passive students, learning occurred in the classroom, have not used the media. In addition, it was known that many students had difficulty understanding of the concept, it can be seen from the pretest results given. The use of models CLIS departing from the initial knowledge of students, through students direct experience were encouraged to find a concept, learning centered on studentand increasing the liveliness and students creativity.
This study aimed to determine the effect of the CLIS models toward misconceptions reform and learning outcomes of IPA class IV MI Al-Hidayah Wajak-Malang. This research was classified into a quasi-experimental (quasi experimental). This research used research of non equivalent control group design, by taking a sample of two classes of class VI A as a control group and class VI B as the experimental group. The research instrument was a test for pretest and posttest.
The results showed that there were significant differences between the average value of the experimental group and the control group. From the analysis of the data was found that the average value of 74.51 posttest in the experimental group, while the control group 50,81.Nilai Sig. (0,000) <0.05. and t-test (12.080)> t table (2.006), then Ha rejected and Ho accepted, so that it can be concluded that the CLIS model effected on improvement of misconceptions reform and learning outcomes of IPA class IV MI Al-Hidayah Wajak-Malang.
From the research, suggested for teachers can apply the CLIS model as an alternative to fix the misconceptions and improve learning science, the need for more research, because this research only done in MI Al-Hidayah Wajak-Malang and the material structure of plants, for researchers furthermore, will be expected to conduct further research on the CLIS model with a better concept.
