Abstract
INDONESIA:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1). Karakter religius apa saja yang dikembangkan di MTs NU Pakis dan MTs Al Hidayah Wajak - Kabupaten Malang; (2). Bagaimana upaya-upaya menginternalisasikan Karakter Religius kepada siswa melalui system manajemen kesiswaan di MTs NU Pakis dan MTs Al Hidayah Wajak - Kabupaten Malang ; dan (3). Bagaimana model Pembentukan karakter religius melalui system manajemen kesiswaan di MTs NU Pakis dan MTs Al Hidayah Wajak - Kabupaten Malang..
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancanganpenelitian multi situs. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tiga (3) teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu: observasi, wawancara dengan jenis wawancara tak berstruktur terarah (unstructured interview),dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan model analisa data interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman, dengan tahap: pengumpulan data, koleksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan dan pengecekan keabsahan temuan dilakukan dengan credibility, dependability, dan comfirmability.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1). Nilai-nilai religius yang dikembangkan di MTs NU Pakis berjumlah 12 nilai dan MTs Al Hidayah berjulmah 10 nilai yang dikategorikan kedalam nilai Illahiyah dan nilai Insaniyyah. Nilai-nilai Illahiyah yang di MTs NU Pakis yaitu ketaqwaan,muraqabah, keihlasan, istiqomah, kejujuran, dan berjiwa qur’ani. Sedangkan nilai insaniyyah yaitu kesopanan, amanah, tolong menolong, tawasukh (saling menasehati), kebersihan, dan kompetitif. Adapun nilai-nilai Illahiyah di MTs Al Hidayah adalah akhlaqul karimah, ketaqwaan (‘abid), keihlasan, kejujuran,dan cinta qur’an. Sedangkan nilai insaniyahnya adalah kesopanan, kepemimpinan dan tanggung jawab, kebersihan, dan rasa malu (haya’). Adapun sumber nilai-nilai religius yang dikembangkan yaitu bersumber dari ajaran Islam, nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dari para ahli, dan nilai budaya yang diwariskan. (2). Upaya-upaya internalisasi karakter religius bagi siswa melalui system manajemen kesiswaan di MTs NU Pakis dan MTs Al Hidayah Wajak yaitu melalui 4 (empat) proses, yakni: (1). proses perencanaan dilakukan dengan pemberian pengetahuan / informasi secara teori; (2). Proses pelaksanaan melalui kegiatan ubudiyah maupun ekstrakurikuler; (3). Proses pembiasaan melalui pembentukan budaya religius, (4). dan pengawasan (evaluasi) yang berkelanjutan berupa pemberian kartu monitoring kegiatan ubudiyah maupun ekstrakurikuler serta melalui tawasukh (saling mengingatkan) dengan teladan dan penilaian masyarakat. Dan (3). Model internalisasi karakter religius bagi siswa melalui system manajemen kesiswaan di MTs NU Pakis dan MTs Al Hidayah Wajak yaitu model Organik-Struktural dengan tipe top-down di MTs NU Pakis dan tipe bottom-up di MTs Al Hidayah Wajak yang meliputi 3 tahapan yaitu:(1). Tahap Transformasi Nilai (Moral Knowing),(2).Tahap Transaksi Nilai (Moral feeling/Moral Loving), dan (3). Tahap Transinternalisasi (Moral Doing/ Moral Action).
ENGLISH:
The objectives of research are: (1) to understand religious characters developed at MTs NU Pakis and MTs Al Hidayah Wajak – Malang District; (2) to acknowledge the efforts to internalize religious characters into students through student management system at MTs NU Pakis and MTs Al Hidayah Wajak – Malang District; and (3) to recognize the model used to establish religious characters through student management system at MTs NU Pakis and MTs Al Hidayah Wajak – Malang District.
Research method is qualitative approach with multi-site research design. Three data collection techniques are used, such as observation, interview (unstructured interview), and documentation. Analysis method is Miles & Huberman’s interactive data analysis which includes data collection, data presentation, and data conclusion. The validation of data involves the checking of credibility, dependability and confirmability.
Result of research is explained as follows. (1) MTs NU Pakis and MTs Al Hidayah Wajak have developed 12 and 10 religious values. Some values are classified into Illahiyah while other belongs to Insaniyyah. Those included within Illahiyah values developed at MTs NU Pakis are God fearing (taqwa), muraqabah, sincerity, istiqomah, honesty and Quran minded, while Insaniyyah values are politeness, amanah, helping people, tawasukh (giving advice), cleanliness and competitive. Illahiyah values developed at MTs Al Hidayah Wajak are akhlaqul karimah, God fearing (taqwa or abid), sincerity, honesty and love to Quran, while the developed Insaniyyah values are politeness, leadership and responsibility, cleanliness and shame (haya’). All these religious values are sourced from Islam teachings, religious education values taught by experts, and inherited cultural values. (2) The internalization of religious characters into students through student management system at MTs NU Pakis and MTs Al Hidayah Wajak involves four processes: (a) planning through disseminating knowledge and information based on theories; (b) implementation through ubudiyah activities or extracurricular; (c) customization through establishing religious culture; and (d) monitoring (evaluation) in suitable manner by providing a monitoring card for ubudiyah activities or extracurricular, giving advice or tawasukh, giving paragon, and subjecting the student to people judgment. Finally, (3) A model used to internalize religious characters through student management system at MTs NU Pakis and MTs Al Hidayah Wajak is Structural-Organic Model which uses top-down type at MTs NU Pakis and bottom up type at MTs Al Hidayah Wajak. This model includes three stages which are (a) Value Transformation Stage (Moral Knowing), (b) Value Transaction Stage (Moral Feeling / Moral Loving), and (c) Trans-Internalization Stage (Moral Doing / Moral Action).
