Abstract
INDONESIA:
Kinerja organisasi pondok pesantren adalah tingkat pencapaian hasil yang diraih dalam rangka mewujudkan tujuan organisasi atau lembaga yang telah ditetapkan. Namun tidak jarang pesantren dianggap berkinerja rendah. Indikatornya kepemimpinan bersifat sentralistik, sarana tidak memadai, guru tidak kompeten, daya saing alumni rendah, dll. Akan tetapi sebenarnya pondok pesantren telah menunjukkan perkembangan yang cukup signifikan. Indikatornya sitem pengelolaan yang modern, sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, daya saing alumni tinggi, dll. Dengan demikian kinerja pondok pesantren khususnya pesantren modern dapat dikatakan sangat baik. Di antara faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan teamwork.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan teamwork terhadap kinerja organisasi pondok pesantren modern di Kabupaten Ponorogo. Dengan fokus permasalahan : (1) tingkat kepemimpinan transformasional, (2) tingkat budaya organisasi, (3) tingkat teamwork, (4) tingkat kinerja organisasi, (5) pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja organisasi, (6) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi, (7) pengaruh teamwork terhadap kinerja organisasi, (8) pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan teamwork terhadap kinerja organisasi.
Ini adalah penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik kuesioner atau angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Populasi berjumlah 1021 orang, sampel sebanyak 91 responden. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji persyaratan analisis, analisis data deskriptif, dan uji hipotesis.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) tingkat kepemimpinan transformasional tergolong sangat baik, (2) tingkat budaya organisasi tergolong sangat baik, (3) tingkat teamwork tergolong sangat baik, (4) tingkat kinerja organisasi tergolong sangat baik, (5) ada pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja organisasi, (6) ada pengaruh signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja, (7) ada pengaruh signifikan teamwork terhadap kinerja organisasi, (8) ada pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan teamwork secara simultan terhadap kinerja organisasi.
ENGLISH:
Boarding school organizational performance is the results of the achievement of organizationanl goals. But boarding school is considered low-performing. The indicators are centralized leadership, bad facilities and infrastructure, incompetent teachers, low competitiveness of graduate, etc. Actually boarding school have shown significant growth. The indicators are modern management, good facilities and infrastructure, high competitiveness of graduate, etc. Thus boarding school especially Islamic modern boarding school performs well. The factors that influence are transformational leadership, organizational culture, and teamwork.
The aim of the research was revealed the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and teamwork on organizational performance of Islamic modern boarding school at Ponorogo. Focus on: (1) the level of transformational leadership, (2) the level of organizational culture, (3) the level of teamwork, (4) the level of organizational performance, (5) the influence of transformational leadership on organizational performance, (6) the influence of organizational culture on organizational performance, (7) the influence of teamwork on organizational performance, (8) the influence of transformasional leadership, organizational culture, and teamwork on organizational performance.
This is a survey research with a quantitative approach. Data collected using questionnaire , interview, and documentation. A sample of 91 respondents from a population of 1021 teachers was selected using accidental sampling. Data collected was analyzed using test requirements analysis, descriptive data analysis and hypothesis testing.
The results of this research are: (1) the level of transformational leadership very good, (2) the level of organizational culture very good, (3) the level of teamwork very good, (4) the level of organizational performance very good, (5) there is a significant influence transformational leadership on organizational performance, (6) there is a significant influence organizational culture on organizational performance, (7) there is a significant influence teamwork on organizational performance, (8) there is a significant influence transformational leadership, organizational culture, and teamwork on organizational performance.
