Abstract
INDONESIA:
Untuk meningkatkan sumberdaya guru tidak ditentukan oleh Intlektual Quotient (IQ) dan emosional Quotient (EQ)namun Spiritual Quotientlah (SQ) yang memberikan suatu kekuatan (power) yang sangat menakjubkan dalam mengantar seseorang berhasil menempuh kesuksesan kepentingan dunia sampai akhirat. Adanya peningkatan kecerdasan spiritual dapat memberikan dampak dalam diriseseorang untuk meningkatkan sumber daya khususnya seorang guru dalam mendidik peserta didiknya. Kecerdasan spiritual yang tinggi mendorong guru dalam melaksanakan tugas dan perannya baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun di lingkungan masyarakat, selalu meningkatkan prestasi dan memberikan manfaat pada orang lain, sehingga program pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual sangat perlu dikembangkan khususnya dikalangan guru.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (menjelaskan) bagaimana pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual yang berlangsumng di SDI al-Fath Pare dan MIN Doko Ngasem dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan dampaknya terhadap sumber daya guru.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan multi kasus. Metode pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif yang mencakup empat komponen yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan empat kriteria yaitu derajat kepercayaan, keteralihan, kebergantungan dan kepastian.
Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah 1) Program pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual guru dilaksanakan berjenjang dalam jangka panjang, diantaranya dengan memperhatikan sumber daya guru yang lemah kecerdasan spiritualnya harus dicerdaskan dengan cara pembimbingan kegiatan keagamaan; 2) Langkah pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual guru melalui latihan dan pengamalan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari baik di dalam maupun diluar lingkungan sekolah serta tertanam nilai-nilai kehidupan yang Islami ; 3) Dampak pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap sumberdaya guru diantaranya : menjadikan seorang guru mempuyai arah tujuan hidup yang jelas melalui visi dan misi, bersemangat dan bertanggungjawab dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, disipilin dalam bekerja, mampu mengatasi persoalan yang dihadapi, keikhlasan dalam menjalankan profesinya, pengembangan diri yang islami baik di sekolah, dirumah maupun dimasyarakat.
ENGLISH:
To increase the quality of teacher research, spiritual quotient (SQ) is needed in addition to Intelligence quotient (IQ) and Emotional Quotient (EQ). The increase of spiritual quotient gives impact toward the increase of teacher resource activity to facility student’s success in this life and the afterlife. Spiritual quotient enhancement through obedience implemented in intensive ritual worshiping persistently in term of compulsory or sunnah to get motivation, confidence, commitment, integrity, loyalty, and pure intuition allowing to increase achievement synergizing inner and outer potential. The role of teacher is strategic and counted in determining success of education, thus teacher must have strong and firm faith, smart spiritual, and as a perfect model. A strong spiritual quotient encourage teachers to do their duty and role in or out of school by giving benefit to others, thus a spiritual quotient program is really needed to be developed particularly for teacher.
This research was aimed to describe (explain) how the development of spiritual quotient conducted at Al- Fath Islamic Elementary School of Pare and Sumberdoko Ngasem Islamic State Elementary School in daily life and its impact toward the teachers.
This research used a multi-cased approach. The data collection technique included observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis technique used was interactive analysis model including four components, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion result. The validity test of data used four criteria of credibility, transferability, dependability, confirmability.
The conclusions of this research were 1) program of teacher’s spiritual quotient development was conducted in a long term gradually by school principal emphasizing teacher to be able to recite and write Qur’an and do the compulsory or sunnah in institution or at home. In addition, internalization of Islamic values both at Al- Fath Islamic Elementary School of Pare and Sumberdoko Ngasem Islamic State Elementary School of Kediri. ; 2) steps of teacher’s spiritual quotient development conducted at Al- Fath Islamic Elementary School of Pare included sunnah practices such as: tahajjud, hajad, dhuha, dzikr istighfar, and syahadah, tasbih, tahmid, takbir, infaq, charity, reciting qur’an, fasting on Monday and Thursday, syawal, silaturahim to friend and teacher. While at Sumberdoko Ngasem Islamic State Elementary School of Kediri, the silaturahim was rarely done, yet the others were intensively and persistently conducted. 3) the impact of teacher’s spiritual quotient development toward teacher resources was that teacher got more skillful in doing their task, have high dedication, integrity and commitment toward their duty, making them enthusiastic and responsible in their duty, sincerity in doing their task, empowering a better Islamic self-improvement at school, home, and society environment.
