Implementasi pendidikan kewirausahaan untuk menumbuhkan minat wirausaha santri di Pondok Pesantren Barokatul Qur'an Sumberpucung Malang

ABSTRAK

Pada hakikatnya kegiatan kewirausahaan bukanlah semata-mata untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk dan mencari keuntungan bisnis sebanyak-banyaknya. Dalam kegiatan kewirausahaan para santri tidak hanya dituntut untuk menciptakan sebuah produk dan memasarkannya. Akan tetapi, santri diberikan pemahaman positif dari sebuah kegiatan berwirausaha yaitu wirausahawan yang memiliki banyak ide-ide kreatif, dan inovatif, tidak takut akan sebuah tantangan baru dan mampu menghadapi resiko.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1)mendeskripsikan pengembangan program pendidikan kewirausahaan untuk menumbuhkan minat wirausaha santri pondok pesantren pada program enterprenuer di Pondok Pesantren Barokatul Qur’an Sumberpucung 2)mendskripsikan proses kegiatan pendidikan kewirausahaan program enterprenuer di Pondok Pesantren Barokatul Qur’an Sumberpucung 3)mendeskripsikan fakor pendorong dan penghambat kegiatan kewirausahaan program enteprenuer di Pondok Pesantren Barokatul Qur’an.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Saat proses pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam melakukan observasi dilapangan, peneliti berperan sebagai pengamat. Untuk analisisnya penulis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu berupa data yang tertulis atau lisan dari narasumber dan prilaku yang diamati sehingga dalam hal ini penulis menggambarkan hal yang menyeluruh tentang keadaan yang sebenarnya.

Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa: 1)proses pengembangan pendidikan kewirausahaan untuk menumbuhkan minat wirausaha santri pada program enterpreneur yaitu dengan adanya pilihan kelas minat bakat dan promosi yang dilakukan pengajar untuk menarik menumbuhkan minat santri 2)proses kegiatan kewirausahaan program enterpreneur yaitu kegiatan lebih kearah pembelajaran praktek menghasilkan produk dan pendapatan 3)faktor pendorong dan penghambat kegiatan di Pondok Pesantren Barokatul Qur’an yaitu tersedianya tempat enterprenenuer, apresiasi yang didapat dari penanggung jawab dan pengajar dan faktor penghambatnya yaitu kurang kreatifnya pengajar dalam kegiatan serta kurang tersedianya bahan dan tempat enterpreneur untuk kelas budidaya.

ABSTRACT

In essence, entrepreneurial activities are not solely to produce a product and seek as much business profit as possible. In entrepreneurial activities, students are not only required to create a product and market it. However, students are given a positive understanding of an entrepreneurial activity, namely entrepreneurs who have many creative and innovative ideas, are not afraid of new challenges and are able to face risks.

The purpose of this study is 1) to describe the development of entrepreneurship education programs to foster entrepreneurial interest in Islamic boarding school students in the entrepreneurial program at the Barokatul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Sumberpucung 2) to describe the process of entrepreneurial education activities in the entrepreneurship program at the Barokatul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Sumberpucung 3) to describe the factors drivers and barriers to entrepreneurial activities in the entrepreneurship program at the Barokatul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School.

In conducting this research, the researcher used descriptive qualitative research method. In the process of collecting data, researchers used the method of observation, interviews and documentation. In conducting field observations, researchers act as observers. For the analysis, the writer uses a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, namely in the form of written or oral data from the informant and the observed behavior so that in this case the author describes the whole thing about the actual situation.

The results of the study stated that: 1) the process of developing entrepreneurship education to foster entrepreneurial interest in students in the entrepreneurial program, namely with the choice of talent interest classes and promotions carried out by teachers to attract students' interest 2) the process of entrepreneurial activities in the entrepreneurial program, namely activities more towards practical learning produce product and income 3) the driving and inhibiting factors for activities at the Barokatul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School are the availability of entrepreneurial places, the appreciation received from the person in charge and the teacher and the inhibiting factors are the lack of creativity of teachers in activities and the lack of availability of materials and places for entrepreneurs for cultivation classes.

في الواقع، لا تهدف أنشطة ريادة الأعمال إلى إنتاج منتج والسعي لتحقيق أكبر قدر ممكن من الأرباح التجارية. في الأنشطة الريادية للطلاب ليست مطلوبة فقط لخلق منتج وتسويقه. ومع ذلك، يتم إعطاء الطلاب فهما إيجابيا لنشاط ريادة الأعمال الذي هو رجل أعمال لديه العديد من الأفكار الإبداعية، ومبتكر، ولا يخاف من تحد جديد وقادر على مواجهة المخاطر.

الغرض من هذا البحث هو 1) تصف تطوير برامج تعليم ريادة الأعمال لتعزيز اهتمام رواد الأعمال في طلاب المدارس الداخلية في برنامج التعليم الداخلي في المعهد باروكاةلقرآن سومبيربوجونج 2) واصفا عملية تعليم ريادة الأعمال برنامج الأنشطة في القرآن المعهد باروكاة سومبيربوجونج . وصف الدافع وتثبيط برنامج تنظيم المشاريع الأنشطة الريادية في المعهد باركة القرآن سومبيربوجونجا 3) وصف العوامل الدافعة والمثبطة لأنشطة ريادة الأعمال في برنامج ريادة الأعمال في مدرسة باركة القرآن الإسلامية الداخلية.

في إجراء هذا البحث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي النوعي. في عملية جمع البيانات ، استخدم الباحثون طريقة الملاحظة والمقابلات والتوثيق. في إجراء الملاحظات الميدانية، يعمل الباحثون كمراقبين. لتحليل، يستخدم الكاتب أسلوب التحليل الوصفي النوعية، وبالتحديد في شكل بيانات مكتوبة أو شفوية من المخبر والسلوك الملاحظ حتى في هذه الحالة المؤلف يصف كل شيء عن الوضع الفعلي.

أوضحت نتائج الدراسة : 1) عملية تطوير تعليم ريادة الأعمال لتعزيز اهتمام ريادة الأعمال لدى الطلاب في برنامج ريادة الأعمال تتم عن طريق اختيار فئة من اهتمامات المواهب والترقيات التي يقوم بها المعلمون لجذب اهتمام الطلاب. 2) عملية النشاط المشاريع من برنامج منظم، وهي أنشطة أكثر نحو التعلم العملي لإنتاج منتجات والدخل. 3) العوامل الدافعة والمثبطة للأنشطة في المعهد باركة القرآن الداخلية هي توافر أماكن ريادة الأعمال، والتقدير الذي تم الحصول عليه من الشخص المسؤول والمعلمين والعوامل المثبطة هي قلة إبداع المعلمين في الأنشطة و قلة المواد والأماكن المخصصة لرواد الأعمال لفصول الزراعة.
