Abstract
ABSTRAK
Negara Indonesia merupakan negara yang memiliki jumlah penduduk muslim terbanyak di dunia. Sebanyak 87% dari 258 juta jiwa mengidentifikasi diri sebagai muslim. Hal ini dikarenakan begitu pesatnya perkembangan agama Islam di Indonesia yang didukung melalui salah satu institusi pendidikan agama Islam yakni pondok pesantren. Jumlah pondok pesantren telah tumbuh dan berkembang hampir di semua daerah di Indonesia yakni berjumlah 28.518 pesantren dengan jumlah santri sebesar 4.354.245 orang.
Islam sebagai ajaran agama yang diajarkan di pondok pesantren sangat memerhatikan kondisi kesehatan manusia sebagaimana ayat Al-Qur’an dan Hadis banyak menyebutkan perintah untuk menjaga kesehatan. Sebagai warga muslim yang dalam kesehariannya selalu berkutat dengan ajaran Islam, warga pesantren seharusnya selalu menjaga kesehatan dengan penerapan pola hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) bahkan mendakwahkan kepada masyarakat akan pentingnya kesehatan untuk membantu terwujudnya Indonesia Sehat.
Buku Pedoman Mewujudkan Pesantren Sehat ini dibagi ke dalam 10 Bab yang saling berhubungan satu dengan lainnya. Bab Pertama membahas tentang Pendahuluan. Bab Kedua berisi tentang Eksistensi Lembaga Pondok Pesantren di Indonesia. Bab Ketiga berisi Kesehatan dan Relevansinya dengan Keislaman. Selanjutnya, pada Bab Keempat, dibahas mengenai Permasalahan Kesehatan di Pesantren yang meliputi Permasalahan Perilaku Pemeliharan Kesehatan Diri Santri, Permasalahan Perilaku Kesehatan Lingkungan, dan Permasalahan Sistem Kesehatan Pesantren.
Bab Kelima pembahasan tentang Mewujudkan Santri Sehat yang meliputi Kebersihan Diri Santri, Pola Istirahat Santri, Pola Makan Santri, Pola Aktivitas Fisik Santri, Manajemen Stres, dan Tidak Merokok. Bab Keenam mengenai Lingkungan Pesantren Sehat. Pada Bab Ketujuh dipaparkan mengenai Penyelenggaraan dan Pembinaan Pos Kesehatan Pesantren (Poskestren). Pada Bab Kedelapan dibahas mengenai Kader Santri Husada. Bab Kesembilan pembahasan tentang Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Kejadian Luar Biasa (KLB) di Pesantren dan Pengendalian COVID-19 di Pesantren. Pada Bab Terakhir dipaparkan mengenai Pencegahan dan Penanganan Awal Penyakit yang Sering Terjadi di Pesantren.
ABSTRACT
Indonesia is a country that has the largest Muslim population in the world. As many as 87% of the 258 million people identify as Muslim. This is because the rapid development of Islam in Indonesia is supported through one of the Islamic religious education institutions, namely Pesantren. The number of Islamic boarding schools has grown and developed in almost all regions in Indonesia, amounting to 28,518 Islamic boarding schools with a total of 4,354,245 students.
Islam as a religious teaching taught in Islamic boarding schools is very concerned about the condition of human health as the verses of the Qur'an and Hadith mention many commands to maintain health. As Muslim citizens who in their daily lives are always struggling with Islamic teachings, pesantren residents should always maintain their health by implementing a clean and healthy lifestyle and even preaching to the community the importance of health to help realize a Healthy Indonesia.
This Guidebook Realizing a Healthy Islamic Boarding School is divided into 10 chapters that are interconnected with one another. The first chapter discusses the Introduction. The second chapter contains the Existence of Islamic Boarding Schools in Indonesia. The Third Chapter contains Health and Its Relevance to Islam. Furthermore, in the Fourth Chapter, it is discussed about Health Problems in Islamic Boarding Schools which include Personal Health Maintenance Behavior Problems, Environmental Health Behavior Problems, and Islamic Boarding School Health System Problems.
The fifth chapter discusses the realization of Healthy Santri which includes Santri's Personal Hygiene, Santri's Sleep Duration, Santri's Dietary Intake, Santri's Physical Activity, Stress Management, and Not Smoking. Sixth Chapter on Healthy Islamic Boarding School Environment. In the seventh chapter, it is explained about the Implementation and Development of Islamic Boarding School Health Posts (Poskestren). In the Eighth Chapter, it is discussed about the Santri Husada. The ninth chapter discusses the Prevention and Control of Outbreak in Islamic Boarding Schools and COVID-19 Control in Islamic Boarding Schools. In the last chapter, it is explained about the Prevention and Early Management of Diseases that Often Occur in Islamic Boarding Schools.
