تحليل كتاب اللغة العربية للفصل الرابع بالمدرسة الابتدائية لوزارة الشؤون الدينية

تستمر الأشكال المختلفة لتطبيق تعلم اللغة العربية في التطور. أحد شروط التطوير الحالية هو إصدار مرسوم قرار وزير الدينية رقم 183 لعام 2019 كتجديد لـقرار وزير الدينية رقم 165 لعام 2014. من المؤكد أن التغييرات في قرار وزير الدينية كان لها تأثيرها الخاص، أحدها هو التغيير في الكتاب الدراسي المستخدمة في التعلم. كأحدث كتاب منشور ، يحتاج إلى تحليل لتحديد مدى ملاءمة الكتاب مع المستخدم به. أحدث كتاب الدراسي الذي يُحلَّل هو كتاب اللغة العربية للفصل الرابع بالمدرسة الابتدائية لوزارة الشؤون الدينية.

ويهدف هذا البحث هو : 1) لمعرفة ملاءمة المحتوى في كتاب اللغة العربية للفصل الرابع بالمدرسة الإبتدائية لوزارة الشؤون الدينية مع قرار وزير الدينية 2019. 2) لمعرفة صلاحية المحتوى في كتاب اللغة العربية للفصل الرابع بالمدرسة الإبتدائية لوزارة الشؤون الدينية. وأمّا نوع هذا البحث هي البحث المكتبية باستخدام المدخل الكيفي الوصفي. وإمّا أسلوب جميع البيانات بطريقة الوثائق وتحليل البيانات هي تحليل المحتوى.

أمّا نتائج هذا البحث هي : 1) كتاب اللغة العربية للفصل الرابع بالمدرسة الإبتدائية لوزارة الشؤون الدينية تلائم مع قرار وزير الدينية بنسبة 97%، وتوجد مادة واحدة لا تناسب مع الكفاءاة الأساسية المدرجة في قرار وزير الدينية 2019. 2) المحتوى في كتاب اللغة العربية للفصل الرابع بالمدرسة الإبتدائية لوزارة الشؤون الدينية صالح للإستخدام في التعلم اللغة العربية في الفصل الرابع بالمدرسة الإبتدائية بنسبة 80%. ولكن لا توجد مواد الاثراء في هذا الكتاب، والرسوم والصور غير مثابت.

ABSTRACT

Arabic learning in Indonesia continues to develop. One of the current development conditions is the circulation of Minister of Religion Decree number 183 of 2019 as a renewal of Minister of Religion Decree number 165 of 2014. The change of Minister of Religion Decree certainly has its own impact on Arabic language learning, one of which is the change of text books used in learning. As the latest published book, an analysis is needed to determine the suitability of the book with the applicable Minister of Religion Decree. The latest textbook to be analyzed is the fourth grade Elementary School Arabic book published by the Ministry of Religion in 2020.

The purposes of this study were: 1) to determine the suitability of the fourth grade Arabic language book of the Ministry of Religion published by the Ministry of Religion with Minister of Religion Decree of 2019. 2) to determine the feasibility of the contents of the fourth grade Arabic book published by the Ministry of Religion. This research is a library research using a descriptive qualitative approach. While the data collection method used is the documentation method with the data source in the form of an Arabic language book for the fourth grade Elementary School published by the Ministry of Religion. As well as data analysis using content analysis.

The results obtained from this study are: 1) the Arabic language book for Fourth Grade Elementary School published by the Ministry of Religion is in accordance with the Minister of Religion Decree of 2019 with a percentage of 97%, there is only one tarkib material in the book that is not in accordance with the basic competencies mentioned in the Minister of Religion Decree. 2) the contents of the Arabic language book for Fourth Grade Elementary School published by the Ministry of Religion are suitable for use in learning Arabic with a percentage of 80%. However, there are some shortcomings in this book, such as the unavailability of enrichment materials and the inconsistency of images used in the book.

ABSTRAK

Pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Indonesia terus mengalami perkembangan. Salah satu kondisi perkembangan yang terjadi saat ini yaitu dengan diedarkannya Keputusan Menteri Agama (KMA) nomor 183 tahun 2019 sebagai pembaharuan dari KMA nomor 165 tahun 2014. Perubahan KMA tentunya memunculkan dampak tersendiri untuk pembelajaran bahasa Arab, salah satunya adalah perubahan buku teks yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Sebagai buku terbitan terbaru, dibutuhkan sebuah analisis guna mengetahui kesesuaian buku dengan KMA yang berlaku. Buku teks terbaru yang akan dianalisis adalah buku teks bahasa Arab kelas IV terbitan KEMENAG tahun 2020.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : 1) untuk mengetahui kesesuaian buku bahasa Arab kelas IV Madrasah Ibtidaiyah terbitan KEMENAG dengan KMA 2019. 2) untuk mengetahui kelayakan isi buku bahasa Arab kelas IV terbitan KEMENAG. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi dengan sumber data berupa buku bahasa Arab kelas IV Madrasah Ibtidaiyah terbitan KEMENAG. Serta analisis datanya menggunakan analisis isi.

Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu : 1) buku bahasa Arab kelas IV Madrasah Ibtidaiyah terbitan KEMENAG telah sesuai dengan KMA 2019 dengan prosentase 97%, hanya terdapat satu materi tarkib dalam buku yang tidak sesuai dengan kompetensi dasar yang disebutkan dalam KMA. 2) isi buku bahasa Arab kelas IV Madrasah Ibtidaiyah terbitan KEMENAG layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab dengan prosentase 80%. Terdapat sedikit kekurangan dalam buku ini seperti tidak tersedianya materi pengayaan dan ketidakkonsistenan gambar yang digunakan dalam buku.
