Abstract
INDONESIA:
Dalam kehidupan, manusia mempunyai dua peranan yakni sebagai makhluk individu dan makhluk sosial yang tentunya akan menampakkan tingkah lakunya dalam kehidupan sosial tersebut. Dimana hasil tingkah laku tersebut akan mempengaruhi antar sesama, sehingga melahirkan berbagai sikap. . Hal ini, sejalan dengan sistem pendidikan nasional yang tercantum pada UU No.20 tahun 2003 pasal 1 yang menyatakan bahwa “pendidikan sebagai usaha sadar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran sehingga siswa secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya untuk memiliki kekuatan spiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia, serta keterampilan yang diperlukan masyarakat, bangsa dan negara. Disinilah peran guru sangat diperlukan selain harus mengembangkan pengetahuan siswa guru juga mempunyai tugas untuk membentuk sikap sosial siswa.
Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) Mengatahui bagaimana strategi guru IPS dalam menenamkan sikap sosial pada siswa kelas VIII di MTS 1 Annuqayah Guluk-Guluk Sumenep. (2) Bagaimana dampak positif dari penaman sikap sosial siswa melalui pembelajaran IPS di Madrasah Tsanawiyah 1 Annuqayah Guluk-Guluk Sumenep Madura. (3) Bagaimana faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam menanamkan sikap sosial pada siswa dalam mata pelajaran IPS di Madrasah Tsanawiyah 1 Annuqayah Guluk-Guluk Sumenep Madura.
Pendekatan skripsi ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipakai yakni observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) ada beberapa metode atau strategi guru IPS dalam membentuk sikap sosial siswa yakni metode diskusi, kerja kelompok, pemberian ganjaran, dan serta didukung dengan daya pendukung lain seperti kegiatan lainnya, (2) Dampak positif dari penanaman sikap sosial pada siswa terdapat adalah siswa semakin disiplin dan tidak menunda nunda ungtuk mengerjakan PR ketika sudah berada di pondoknya masing-masing serta juga mengenai pembiasaan seperti, salam, sapa, senyum, sopan, santun atau dikenal 5M, (3) Dalam pelaksanaan penanaman sikap sosial tentu ada faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Faktor pendukung meliputi ada kesesuaian materi IPS, lingkungan yang mendukung, serta adanya apel pagi yang rutin, sedangkan faktor penghambat meliputi, guru dalam memahami karakter siswa, keperibadian siswa, pergaulan siswa, waktu yang singkat dan media kelas.

In life, humans have two roles, namely as individual beings and social beings, which of course will show their behavior in social life. Where the results of these behaviors will affect each other, thus giving birth to various attitudes. This is in line with the national education system as stated in Law No. 20 of 2003 article 1 which states that "education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, control self, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills needed by society, nation and state. This is where the role of the teacher is needed, besides having to develop student knowledge, the teacher also has the task of forming students' social attitudes.
The focus of this research is to: (1) find out how the social studies teacher strategy in instilling social attitudes in class VIII students at MTS 1 Annuqayah Guluk-Guluk Sumenep. (2) What is the positive impact of cultivating students' social attitudes through social studies learning methods at Madrasah Tsanawiyah 1 Annuqayah Guluk-Guluk Sumenep Madura. (3) How are the supporting and inhibiting factors in instilling social attitudes in students in social studies subjects at Madrasah Tsanawiyah 1 Annuqayah Guluk-Guluk Sumenep Madura.
This thesis approach uses qualitative research with descriptive qualitative research. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that, (1) there were several methods or strategies for social studies teachers in shaping students' social attitudes, namely the method of discussion, group work, giving rewards, and supported by other supporting resources such as other activities, (2) the positive impact of planting social attitudes In students there are students who are more disciplined and do not delay postponing doing homework when they are in their respective cottages and also regarding habits such as greetings, greetings, smiles, politeness, courtesy, (3) In the implementation of planting social attitudes of course there are supporting factors and inhibitors. Supporting factors include the suitability of social studies material, a supportive environment, and regular morning apples, while the inhibiting factors include the teacher in understanding student character, student personality, student association, short time and class media.
