Perancangan pusat pemuda dan kreativitas di kota Blitar dengan pendekatan arsitektur perilaku persepsi

Menyia-nyikan waktu merupakan hal yang sangat tidak dianjurkan, baik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari maupun dalam agama. Hal ini dapat menimbulkan terhambatnya terciptanya penerus bangsa yang bermutu. Di Kota Blitar sendiri sebenarnya terdapat kegiatan kreatif yang rutin dilakukan namun kurang dikembangkan dan diperhatikan, sehingga masih belum terdapat fasilitas yang mewadahi kegiatan kreatif tersebut. Menurut Upi, selaku ketua Blitar Creative Festival dan penggiat kreatif di Kota Blitar, terdapat beberapa sektor kreatif di Blitar yang mulai meredup karena tidak memiliki wadah yang jelas dan sebagian yang lain masih terus berjalan serta memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan.
Oleh karena itu dengan adanya Pusat Pemuda dan Kreativitas ini diharapkan mampu mewadahi kegiatan kreatif pemuda di Blitar serta mampu menunjang pemuda di Blitar untuk memanfaatkan waktunya secara baik dengan kegiatan yang bermanfaat. Sehingga, perancangan ini dirancang untuk mewadahi pemuda dan penggiat kreatif untuk menunjang terciptanya inovasi yang kreatif. Pusat pemuda dan kreatif juga merupakan fasilitas edukatif dengan menghadirkan wadah bagi pemuda dan penggiat kreatif serta juga menambah edukasi bagi pengunjung. Dengan ini, diharapkan mampu memberi dorongan kepada pelaku kreatif di Kota Blitar untuk terus mengembangkan inovasi. Tujuan dari pusat pemuda dan kreatif ini memiliki hubungan latar belakang dimana berkaitan dengan nilai islami yang terkandung dari surat Al-‘Ashr ayat 1-3. Nilai islami yang terkandung dalam ayat ini mengacu pada pemanfaatan waktu dengan baik. Dengan intregasi nilai keislaman yang diterapkan pada rancangan, diharapkan rancangan pusat pemuda dan kreativitas ini mampu mewadahi aktivitas di dalamnya dan juga mampu mengapresiasi kegiatan kreatif di Kota Blitar. Selain itu, perancangan pusat pemuda dan kreativitas ini menggunakan pendekatan perilaku namun terbatas pada perilaku persepsi. Dengan pendekatan perilaku persepsi yang berkaitan dengan psikologi yang dapat dipengaruhi secara inderawi, sehingga menciptakan unsur-unsur berkesinambungan, menginspirasi, dan mengapresiasi.

Wasting time is highly discouraged, both in everyday life and in religion. This can hamper the creation of a quality successor to the nation. In Blitar City, there are creative activities that are routinely carried out but they are not well developed and cared for, so there are still no facilities to accommodate these creative activities. According to Upi, as the head of the Blitar Creative Festival and creative activists in Blitar City, there are several creative sectors in Blitar that are starting to fade because they do not have a clear platform and some are still running and have the potential to be developed.
Therefore, the existence of the Youth and Creativity Center is expected to be able to accommodate youth creative activities in Blitar and be able to support youth in Blitar to make good use of their time with useful activities. Thus, this design is designed to accommodate youth and creative activists to support creative innovation. The youth and creative center is also an educational facility by presenting a forum for youth and creative activists as well as adding education for visitors. With this, it is hoped that it will be able to encourage creative actors in Blitar City to continue to develop innovations. The purpose of this youth and creative center has a background relationship which is related to the Islamic values contained in the letter Al-'Ashr verses 1-3. The Islamic value contained in this verse refers to the good use of time. With the integration of Islamic values that is applied to the design, it is hoped that the design of this youth and creativity center will be able to accommodate the activities in it and also be able to appreciate creative activities in Blitar City. In addition, the design of this youth and creativity center uses a behavioral approach but is limited to perceptual behavior. With a perceptual behavioral approach related to psychology that can be influenced by the senses, so as to create sustainable, inspiring, and appreciative elements.
