Abstract
INDONESIA:
Model matematika interaksi sistem imun dan mycobacterium tuberculosis terdiri dari enam variabel yaitu makrofag teraktifasi, makrofag terinfeksi, sel T CD4+, sel T CD8+, bakteri ekstraseluler, dan bakteri intraseluler. Model tersebut membentuk sistem persamaan diferensial nonlinier orde satu. Dalam penelitian ini telah dilakukan diskritisasi model matematika tersebut dengan menggunakan metode beda hingga, dan telah dibandingkan antara grafik diskrit dengan grafik kontinu.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa diskritisasi model matematika untuk makrofag dan sel T mempunyai galat yang relatif kecil dibandingkan dengan bakteri yang mempunyai galat cukup besar. Perbandingan grafik diskrit dan kontinu untuk makrofag dan sel T relatif sama sedangkan untuk bakteri masih sangat berbeda setelah dilakukannya simulasi dari sampai .
ENGLISH:
Mathematical model of the immune system and mycobacterium tuberculosis interaction consist of six variables namely activated macrophages, infected macrophages, T cells CD4+, T cells CD8+, extracellular bacteria, and intracellular bacteria. Those model forms a system of first order nonlinear differential equations. In this thesis, the discretization of mathematical model has been performed using finite different method, and its discrete and continuous graphs had been compared.
The result of this thesis shows that mathematical model discretization for macrophages and T cells have a relatively small error compared to mathematical model discretization of bacteria that have a considerable error. Comparison of continuous and discrete graphs of macrophages and T cells are relatively same, while for the bacteria it is still very different in a simulation from to .
