Pemberdayaan ekonomi umat melalui peran dewan Masjid Sabilillah Blimbing Kota Malang

ABSTRAK

Islam mengatur tatanan hidup secara sempurna, tidak hanya mengatur tentang masalah ibadah seorang hamba kepada Tuhannya, tapi juga mengatur tentang tatanan Hablu min An-Nas yaitu hubungan manusia dengan sesamanya. Kegiatan ekonomi yang paling banyak disorot adalah tentang kesejahteraan yang bisa dihasilkan karena tingkat kemiskinan berkurang. Banyak orang yang dengan bekerja keras mencari harta untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalam bentuk kegiatan perekonomian. Kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang efektif dalam rangka memandirikan dan memberdayakan masyarakat, pada dasarnya kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat ditujukan untuk kalangan masyarakat kurang mampu, agar dapat memandirikan mereka, guna membantu mereka dapat menolong dirinya sendiri. Untuk mempermudah dalam pembahasan, penelitian ini bagi dalam 3 fokus penelitian yang meliputi: 1) Program apa saja yang dikembangkan oleh Dewan Masjid Sabilillah dalam hal pemberdayaan ekonomi umat, 2) Bagaimana proses pemberdayaan ekonomi umat yang dilakukan dewan masjid sabilillah untuk kesejahteraan dan kemandirian umat, 3) Bagaimana dampak pemberdayaan ekonomi umat yang dilakukan oleh dewan masjid sabilillah.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan, pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan keajengan pengamatan dan triangulasi.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) program kegiatan pemberdayaan ekonomi umat merupakan pendekatan yang memperhatikan seluruh aspek kehidupan masyarakat dengan sasaran seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Dalam Program kegiatan pemberdayaan ekonomi umat ini meliputi permodalan, pengelolaan, pembinaan, pendidikan, kesehatan, dan bedah rumah. 2) proses pemberdayaan ekonomi umat berawal dengan adanya kesiapan sosial, yang kemudian melakukan penerimaan keanggotaan dan dilanjutkan dengan pertemuan rutin untuk mendampingi umat dalam berusaha memperbaiki perekonomiannya. 3) dampak pemberdayaan ekonomi umat yang sangat efektif dan efisien terhadap perekonomi masyarakat dimana mampu memandirikan dan mensejahterakan masyarakat dalam hal sosial dan ekonomi yang lebih baik.

ABSTRACT

Islam regulates the order of life perfectly and regulates the worship of a servant to his Lord and regulates the Hablu min An-Nas order, namely the relationship between humans and others. The most highlighted economic activity is about the welfare that can be generated due to reduced poverty levels. Many people work hard to find wealth to meet their needs in the form of economic activity. Community empowerment activities are one of the effective activities in the context of establishing and empowering the community. Community empowerment activities are aimed at the underprivileged community to be independent to help them help themselves. To facilitate the discussion, this research is divided into three research focuses, which include: 1) What programs are being developed by the Sabilillah Mosque in terms of economic empowerment of the people, 2) How is the process of community economic empowerment carried out by the Sabilillah mosque council for the welfare and independence of the people, 3) What does the Sabilillah Mosque Council carry out the impact of the economic empowerment of the people.

This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. Data collection was done by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Meanwhile, checking the validity of the data was carried out by observing the accuracy and triangulation.

The results show that: 1) The program or the economic empowerment of the people is an approach that pays attention to all aspects of community life with a target of all levels of society. The program for economic empowerment of the people includes capital, management, coaching, education, health, and house renovation. 2) The process of empowering the people’s economy begins with social readiness, which then accepts membership and continues with regular meetings to assist the people in trying to improve their economy. 3) The impact of economic empowerment o the people which is very effective and efficient on the economy of the community which is able to make the community independent and prosperous at night for better social and economic terms.

ينظم الإسلام نظام الحياة تماما. و لا ينظم مسألة عبادة الله فقط بل ينظم أيضا طريقة حبل من الناس أي العلاقة بين الناس. اكثر الأنشطة الإقتصادية التي تم تسليط الضوء عليها تتعلق بالرفاهية التي يمكن توليدها بسبب إننخفاض مستويات الفقر. يعمل الكثير من الناس بجد لإيجاد الثروة لتلبية احتياجاتهم في شكل نشاط اقتصادي. تعتبر انشطة التمكين المجتمعي واحدة من الأنشطة الفعالة في سياق انشاء و تمكين المجتمع في الأساس تهدف انشطة التمكين المجتمعي الى المجتمع المحروم بحيث يمكن ان يكونوا مستقلين لمساعدتهم على مساعدة انفسهم. لتسهيل المناقسة تم تقسيم هذا البحث الى 3 محاور بحثية تشمل : 1) ما هي البرامج التي تم تطويرها من قبل المسجد سبيل الله من حيث التمكين الإقتصادي للمجتمع, 2) كيف تتم عملية التمكين الإقتصادي للأشخاص التي يقوم بها مجلس مسجد سبيل الله من اجل رفاهية و استقلال الشعب, 3) ما هو تأثير التمكين الإقتصادي للشعب الذي قام به مجلس مسجد سبيل الله.

يستخدم هذا البحث مقاربة نوعية مع نوع دراسة الحالة البحثية. تم جمع البيانات باستخدام تقنيات المراقبة والمقابلة والتوثيق. تشمل تقنيات تحليل البيانات تقليل البيانات وعرض البيانات واستخلاص النتائج. وفي الوقت نفسه ، تم التحقق من صحة البيانات من خلال مراقبة الدقة والتثليث.

وأظهرت النتائج أن: 1) برنامج التمكين الاقتصادي للأمة نهج يراعي جميع جوانب الحياة المجتمعية ويستهدف جميع مستويات المجتمع. في هذا البرنامج ، تشمل أنشطة التمكين الاقتصادي للمجتمع تدريب رأس المال وإدارة المجتمع المشاركة مباشرة في هذه الأنشطة. 2) التمكين الاقتصادي للناس هو محاولة لزيادة قدرة أو إمكانيات المجتمع في الأنشطة الاقتصادية من أجل تلبية احتياجات الحياة وزيادة رفاهيتهم وإمكانية في عملية التنمية. 3) تأثير التمكين الاقتصادي للمجتمع بشكل فعال وفعال للغاية على اقتصاد المجتمع القادر على جعل المجتمع مستقلاً ومزدهراً من حيث الظروف الاجتماعية والاقتصادية الأفضل.
