Abstract
INDONESIA:
Supervisi akademik merupakan kegiatan pembinaan, pemantauan, penilaian terhadap kinerja guru untuk membantu guru dalam mengembangkan kemampuan dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran seperti merencanakan pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran serta mengevaluasi pembelajaran supaya tercapai tujuan pembelajaran. Pandemi covid-19 membawa dampak terhadap sulitnya kepala madrasah untuk melakukan supervisi akademik pada lembaganya agar tetap menjamin berlangsungnya mutu pendidikan di MAN 1 Kota Malang.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk : 1) Mendeskripsikan supervisi akademik kepala madrasah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru pada era pandemi covid-19 di MAN 1 Kota Malang. 2) Mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk pelaksanaan akademik kepala madrasah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru pada era pandemi covid-19 di MAN 1 Kota Malang. 3) Mendeskripsikan evaluasi supervisi akademik kepala madrasah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru pada era pandemi covid-19 di MAN 1 Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang menggambarkan objek berdasarkan data di lapangan secara apa adanya. Lokasi penelitian di MAN 1 Kota Malang.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Perencanaan supervisi akademik oleh Kepala sekolah di MAN 1 kota malang menggunakan model pendekatan kolaboratif, yang disusun pada awal tahun jenis programnya meliputi program tahunan, program bisnis yang disusun berdasarkan identifikasi analisa dan evaluasi tahun sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan supervisi akademik di tengah pandemi Covid-19 saat ini tetap berlangsung dengan baik. 2) Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja guru di MAN 1 Kota Malang menggunakan model supervisi akademik. Hasil penelitian pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di tengah pandemi Covid-19 oleh kepala madrasah tetap berlangsung dengan baik. Hal ini dilihat dari proses supervisi secara dalam jaringan berupa pemantauan aktivitas mengajar guru melalui e learning, supervisor akan memberikan bantuan kepada guru pemecahan masalah dan memberikan evaluasi terhadap proses pembelajaran yang telah berlangsung. 3) Evaluasi supervisi akademik kepala madrasah dilaksanakan oleh kepala madrasah dan badan supervisi di MAN 1 Kota Malang, dilaksanakan pada akhir semester untuk mengukur keberhasilan sebuah pendekatan supervisi yang telah dilakukan kepala madrasah.

Academic supervision is an activity of coaching, monitoring, assessing teacher performance to assist teachers in developing their abilities in managing the learning process such as planning lessons, implementing learning and evaluating learning in order to achieve learning objectives. The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the difficulty of madrasa heads to carry out academic supervision at their institutions in order to continue to guarantee the quality of education at MAN 1 Malang City.
The objectives of this study are to: 1) Describe the academic supervision of the madrasah principal to improve teacher performance in the era of the covid-19 pandemic at MAN 1 Malang City. 2) Describe the forms of academic implementation of madrasah principals to improve teacher performance in the era of the covid-19 pandemic at MAN 1 Malang City. 3) Describe the evaluation of the academic supervision of the madrasah principal to improve teacher performance in the era of the covid-19 pandemic at MAN 1 Malang City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely research that describes objects based on field data as they are. The research location is in MAN 1 Malang City The results of the study show that 1) Planning for academic supervision by the principal at MAN 1 Malang uses a collaborative approach model, which is compiled at the beginning of the year. The types of programs include annual programs, business programs, which are based on identification, analysis and evaluation of the previous year.
The results of the study show that planning for academic supervision amid the current Covid-19 pandemic is still going well. 2) Implementation of academic supervision in order to improve teacher performance at MAN 1 Malang City using the academic supervision model. The results of the research on the implementation of academic supervision in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic by the head of the madrasa continued well. This can be seen from the online supervision process in the form of monitoring teacher teaching activities through e-learning, the supervisor will provide assistance to the teacher in solving problems and provide an evaluation of the learning process that has taken place. 3) Evaluation of the academic supervision of the madrasah principal is carried out by the madrasah principal and the supervisory body at MAN 1 Malang City, carried out at the end of the semester to measure the success of a supervisory approach that has been carried out by the madrasah principal.
