Abstract
INDONESIA:
Kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam penelitian selama ini hanya dalam lingkup kecil, artinya hanya menjawab pada lingkungan Sekolah Dasar (SD) lokal yang diteliti, hasilnya pun juga masih terdapat perbedaan antara artikel satu dan artikel yang lain.
Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui tingkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SD pada mata pelajaran matematika di Indonesia berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya. (2) Untuk mengetahui model pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SD berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah literatur reviu (literature review), data diperoleh dari pencarian artikel yang sudah dipublikasikan melalui database google scholar dari Tahun 2013-2021, dengan kata kunci yang terkait dengan berpikir kritis, matematika, dan siswa sekolah dasar.Berdasarkan pencarian diperoleh 35 artikel yang sesuai untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian.
Hasil dalam penelitian ini (1) rata-rata tingkatan berpikir kritis siswa SD dalam kategori sangat tinggi/sangat kritis tidak ditemukan, sejumlah 1 artikel (3%) masuk dalam kategori berpikiri kritis tingkat tinggi, 12 artikel (34%) termasuk dalam kategori sedang/cukup kritis, 20 artikel (57%) termasuk kedalam kategori rendah/kurang kritis dan 2 artikel (6%) menunjukkan kategori tidak kritis. (2) Metode Pembelajaran yang sering digunakan dalam penelitian terdahulu menunjukan bahwa metode Problem Based Learning (PBL) paling banyak digunakan dengan 14 artikel (37%). Model pembelajaran PBL tersebut dilihat dari keseluruhan hasil penelitian juga memberikan efek peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SD.
ENGLISH:
The ability to think critically in research so far has only been in a small scope, meaning that it only answers the local Elementary School environment under study, the results are also still there are differences between one article and another.
This study aimed (1) To determine the level of critical thinking ability of elementary school students in mathematics in Indonesia based on previous research. (2) To find out the learning model in improving the critical thinking skills of elementary school students based on previous research. The method in this study is a literature review, data obtained from searching articles that have been published through the Google Scholar database from 2013-2021, with keywords related to critical thinking, mathematics, and elementary school students. suitable articles to answer research questions.
The results in this study showed that (1) The average level of critical thinking of elementary school students in the very high/very critical category was not found, 1 article (3%) was in the category of high-level critical thinking, 12 articles (34%) were in the medium category/moderately critical, 20 articles (57%) were included in the low/less critical category and 2 articles (6%) indicated the non-critical category. (2) Learning methods that are often used in previous studies show that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method is the most widely used with 14 articles (37%). The Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model seen from the overall research results also has the effect of increasing the critical thinking skills of elementary school students.
