Abstract

INDONESIA:

Komitmen organisasi merupakan sikap dalam bekerja sebagai orientasi anggota terhadap organisasinay dengan arti kesetiaan, identifikasi, dan keterlibatan. Ada beberapa faktor personal yang dapat mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi, salah satunya faktor kepribadian. Tipe kepribadian Big Five merupakan suatu karakteristik individu yang dapat menggambarkan perilaku, pemikiran, dan emosinya serta dapat diamati dengan pendekatan kepribadian berdasarkan lima dimensi kepribadian yaitu Neuroticsm, Extraversion, Openness, Agreeableness, dan Conscientiousness. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat komitmen organisasi di setiap dimensi kepribadian Neuroticsm, Extraversion, Openness, Agreeableness, dan Conscientiousness pada anggota TNI AD, serta untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat komitmen organisasi pada setiap dimensi kepribadian Neuroticsm, Extraversion, Openness, Agreeableness, dan Conscientiousness pada anggota TNI AD Daerah Militer V Brawijaya.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode komparasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota aktif Bintaldam V Brawijaya yang berjumlah 44 anggota. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini mengunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah skala komitmen organisasi dan skala tipe kepribadian Big Five. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Statistic Nonparametric Kruskal-Wallis Test dengan mengunakan bantuan program SPSS 16 for windows.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat komitmen organisasi pada 44 anggota yang berkepribadian Big Five pada kategori tinggi jumlah persentase 70,5% dengan rincian 14 anggota (neuroticms), 10 anggota (extraversion), 4 anggota (openness), 5 anggota (agreeableness), dan 5 anggota (conscientiousness). Untuk kategoti sedang jumlah prosentase sebesar 29,5% denagn rincian 4 anggota (neuroticsm), 0 anggota (extraversion), 2 anggota (openness), 0 anggota (agreeableness), dan 0 anggota (conscientiousness). Sedangkan untuk kategori rendah jumlah presentase 0%, tidak ada anggota yang memiliki komitmen organisasi yang rendah yang berkepribadian Big Five. Dan setelah dilakukan analisis Kruskal-Wallis, didapatkan nilai Chi-Square = 10,730 sig (p) = 0,030 < 0,05. Maka Ho: ditolak dan Ha: diterima, artinya ada perbedaan tingkat komitmen organisasi yang signifikan antar tipe kepribadian Big Five pada TNI AD Daerah Militer V Brawijaya.

ENGLISH:

Organizational commitment is an attitude in working as a member of the organizational orientation with the meaning of loyalty, identification and engagement. There are a few personal factors that can affect organizational commitments, one of them is personality factors. Big Five personality type is an individual characteristic that can describe behavior, thoughts and emotions, and can be observed with the personality approach based on five dimensions of personality such asNeuroticsm, Extraversion, Openness, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of organizational commitment in every dimension of personality Neuroticsm, Extraversion, Openness, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness on a member of the army. Besides, it is also investigate the differences in the level of organizational commitment in each dimension of personality Neuroticsm, Extraversion, Openness, Agreeableness, and conscientiousness on members of the army Military Region V Brawijaya.

This study is a quantitative study which uses a comparative method approach. The sample in this study is an active member of Bintaldam V Brawijaya totaling 44 members. The sampling technique in this study used saturation sampling technique. The instrument used to collect data is the scale of the organization's commitment and the scale of the Big Five personality types. The analysis of the data used is the analysis of Statistics Nonparametric Kruskal-Wallis Test by using SPSS 16 for windows.

The results showed the level of organizational commitment of 44 members of the Big Five personality in the high category percentage amounts to 70.5% with the details of 14 members (neuroticms), 10 members (extraversion), 4 members (openness), 5 members (agreeableness), and 5 members (conscientiousness). To categorize the percentage amount by 29.5% with the details are 4 members (neuroticsm), 0 member (extraversion), 2 members (openness), 0 member (agreeableness) and 0 member (conscientiousness). As for the low category percentage amount 0%, no member of which has a low organizational commitment which has Big Five personality. And after Kruskal-Wallis, a score Chi-Square = 10.730 sig (p) = 0.030 <0.05. Then Ho: rejected and Ha: accepted, meaning that there are different levels of significant organizational commitment among the Big Five personality types in the Army Military Region V Brawijaya.
