Abstract
INDONESIA:
Latar belakang Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dengan indikator variabel Individualized Influence (X1), Inspirational Motivation (X2), Intellectual Stimulation (X3), dan Individualized Consideration (X4) terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Greenline 99 Adv kota Malang secara parsial, simultan dan mencari variabel yang dominan. Karena kepemimpinan adalah hal yang terpenting dalam berlangsungnya roda organisasi, dan juga karyawan tidak akan terlepas dari peran kepemimpinan yang ada dalam perusahaan CV. Greenline 99 Adv kota Malang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian model kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda serta analisa uji t dan uji F. Uji yang digunakan untuk menguji instrument adalah uji validitas dan uji realibilitas. Penelitian menggunakan sampel sebanyak 30 reponden karyawan CV. Greenline 99 Adv. Sedangkan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Vaiabel independen yang diteliti yaitu: Individualized Influence (X1), Inspirational Motivation (X2), Intellectual Stimulation (X3), dan Individualized Consideration (X4) dengan variabel dependen yaitu Kinerja (Y).
Hasil analisis uji t menunjukan bahwa variabel Individualized Influence (X1), Inspirational Motivation (X2), Intellectual Stimulation (X3), berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dan Individualized Consideration (X4) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja (Y). Hasil dari uji F bahwa variabel Individualized Influence (X1), Inspirational Motivation (X2), Intellectual Stimulation (X3), dan Individualized Consideration (X4) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil analisis korelasi yang diperoleh dari output regresi mengkorelasi pengaruh variabel X1, X2, X3 dan X4 terhadap kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai R2 = 0,701. Angka ini menunjukkan bahwa variasi nilai kinerja karyawan yang dapat dijelaskan oleh persamaan regresi yang diperoleh sebesar 70,1 % sedangkan sisanya, yaitu 29,9%, dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar persamaan model. R sebesar 0,837 artinya korelasi antara variable X1, X2, X3 dan X4 terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah cukup kuat.

The Background of this study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style with the indicator variable Individualized Influence (X1), Inspirational Motivation (X2), Intellectual Stimulation (X3), and Individualized Consideration (X4) to employee performance in CV. Greenline 99 Adv Malang partially, simultaneously and find the dominant variable. Because leadership is paramount in the course of the organization, and employees will not be separated from the leadership role in the company CV. Greenline 99 Adv Malang.
This study uses a quantitative model studies with multiple linear regression analysis and t test analysis and test F. The test instrument is used to test validity and reliability test. The study used a sample of 30 respondents employees CV. Greenline 99 Adv. While sampling using sampling techniques saturated. The independent variables studied were: Individualized Influence (X1), Inspirational Motivation (X2), Intellectual Stimulation (X3), and Individualized Consideration (X4) with the dependent variable is the performance (Y).
The Results of t test analysis showed that the variables Individualized Influence (X1), Inspirational Motivation (X2), Intellectual Stimulation (X3), affect the performance and Individualized Consideration (X4) has no effect on performance (Y). The results of the F test that variable Individualized Influence (X1), Inspirational Motivation (X2), Intellectual Stimulation (X3), and Individualized Consideration (X4) significantly affects performance. The Results of correlation analysis obtained from the regression output to correlate the influence of variables X1, X2, X3 and X4 on employee performance values obtained R2 = 0.701. This figure shows that the variation of the value of the employee's performance can be explained by the regression equation gained 70.1% while the rest, ie 29.9%, influenced by other variables outside the model equations. R of 0.837 means that the correlation between the variables X1, X2, X3 and X4 on employee performance is quite strong.
