Abstract
INDONESIA:
Pendidikan karakter merupakan pendidikan yang diutamakan dalam membentuk karakter bangsa beradab dan beragama. Nilai – nilai spiritual dan nilai – nilai sosial khususnya sangat penting dalam keberlangsungan hidup siswa dalam menghadapi lingkungan keluarga, sekolah dan masyarakat khususnya. Selain itu, nilai – nilai sosial dalam masyarakatlah yang akan membantu pertumbuhan dan perkembangan siswa dalam aspek sikap sosial dalam kehidupan sehari – hari sehari – hari sehingga siswa mampu beradaptasi dengan lingkungan masyarakat sesuai dengan norma yang berlaku.
Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui latar belakang implementasi nilai – nilai pendidikan sosial, kemudian bagaimana proses implementasi nilai – nilai pendidikan sosial dalam membentuk sikap sosial siswa melalui kegiatan kesiswaan dan yang terakhir yakni bagaimana dampak dari implementasi nilai – nilai pendidikan sosial siswa melalui kegiatan kesiswaan di MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Malang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi.
Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni (1) latar belakang dari pendidikan nilai – nilai sosial didasari dari jati diri Muhammadiya yakni “Amal Ma’ruf Nahi Munkar” yang menjadi tujuan dari organisasi otonom Muhammadiyah. (2) proses pendidikan nilai – nilai sosial diintegrasikan dan diterapkan melalui kegiatan kesiswaan seperti kegiatan harian, Hizbul Wathan dan Tapak Suci serta sehingga siswa dapat terbiasa dalam melakukan kegiatan – kegiatan yang bersifat sosial seperti peduli terhadap lingkungan, teman, guru dan keluarga, kemudian bertanggung jawab dalam amanah serta disiplin dalam melaksanakan perintah sehingga sikap sosial siswa dapat terbentuk. Selanjutnya (3) dampak yang ditimbulkan yakni siswa mampu mengimplementasikan nilai – nilai sosial yang diterapkan oleh sekolah yakni disiplin, peduli dan bertanggung jawab terlihat dari perkembangan sikap dan terlampir dalam penilaian akhir siswa.
ENGLISH:
Character education is education that is prioritized in shaping the character of a civilized and religious nation. Spiritual values and social values in particular are very important in the survival of students in facing the family, school and community environment in particular. In addition, it is social values in society that will help the growth and development of students in the aspects of social attitudes in everyday life so that students are able to adapt to the community environment in accordance with applicable norms.
In this study, the aim of this research is to determine the background of the implementation of social education values, then how is the process of implementing social education values in shaping students 'social attitudes through student activities and the last is how the impact of the implementation of students' social education values through student activities in MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Malang.
This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data collection used is observation, interview and documentation.
The results of this study are (1) the background of social values education based on Muhammadiya's identity, namely "Amal Ma'ruf Nahi Munkar" which is the goal of Muhammadiyah autonomous organization. (2) the social values education process is integrated and applied through student activities such as daily activities, Hizbul Wathan and Tapak Suci and so that students can get used to carrying out social activities such as caring for the environment, friends, teachers and family, then being responsible answer in mandate and discipline in carrying out orders so that students' social attitudes can be formed. Furthermore (3) the impact is that students are able to implement the social values applied by the school, namely discipline, and responsible seen from the development of attitudes and attached to the final assessment of students.
