Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi harga saham perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index (JII)

INDONESIA:

Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) menjadi objek penelitian ini, karena JII merupakan indeks dengan saham-saham perusahaan yang sesuai dengan syariah. Tidak mengandung unsur riba,maysir, gharar. Sehingga tidak ada keraguan bagi investor untuk menanamkan modalnya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang paling berpengaruh dari 20 faktor yang mempengaruhi harga saham. Karena harga saham berkaitan dengan banyak hal, sehingga harga saham dipengaruhi oleh banyak hal. Dalam menemukan berbagai faktor tersebut, maka metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis faktor.

Sampel penelitian ini adalah 15 perusahaan yang ada di JII. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis faktor.

Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa dari 20 faktor yang mempengaruhi harga saham, ada 9 variabel yang paling berpengaruh. Antara lain; faktor A terdiri dari 4 variabel yaitu: arus kas operasi, arus kas investasi, arus kas pendanaan, inventory turnover dengan prosentase sebesar 43%, faktor B terdiri dari 2 variabel yaitu: debt equity ratio (DER) , saldo laba/total aset (RETA) dengan prosentase sebesar 16%, faktor C terdiri dari 3 variabel yaitu: current ratio (CR), kualitas laba, pertumbuhan penjualan (Growth Sales) dengan prosentase sebesar 13%.

Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) becomes the object of this study, because JII an index with shares of the company in accordance with sharia. Does not contain elements of usury, maysir, gharar. So there is no doubt for investors to invest.

This study aims to determine what factors are most influential of the 20 factors that affect stock prices. Because stock prices associated with many things, so the stock price is affected by many things. In finding a variety of factors, the method of the study using factor analysis.

The sample was 15 companies in JII. The method of analysis in this study using factor analysis.

The results of this study stated that of the 20 factors that affect stock prices, there are 9 of the most influential variables. Among others, factor A consists of four variables: operating cash flow, investment cash flow, cash flow financing, inventory turnover with a percentage of 43%, factor B consists of two variables: the debt-equity ratio (DER), retained earnings/total assets (RETA) with a percentage of 16%, a factor C consists of three variables: current ratio (CR), quality of earnings, sales growth (sales growth) with a percentage of 13%.
