On the other hand, the research is only prepare a report. There is no further publication nationally or internationally accessed. Therefore, some techniques presented to stimulate the researcher to maintain the global standard for international publication. Moreover, the editorial board tried to publish a good article. This requirement to extend the status in the reputation index. Finally, there is no recipe for writing, the only one is started to write.
