Abstract
INDONESIA:
Dalam sebuah proses pembelajaran tentu penting bagi seorang guru untuk memiliki kreativitas yang dapat dipergunakannya saat mengajar. Sehingga pembelajaran pun akan jauh lebih efektif, efisien, dan menyenangkan. Maka dari itu perlu penerapan kreativitas pula ketika mengajar, bagi tiap guru termasuk dalam hal ini guru Pendidikan Agama Islam guna meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan : (1) Kreativitas guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada kondisi pandemi Covid-19 di SMPN 03 Kepanjen, Malang. (2) Faktor pendukung maupun penghambat kreativitas guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada kondisi pandemi Covid-19 di SMPN 03 Kepanjen, Malang. (3) Dampak kreativitas guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada kondisi pandemi Covid-19 di SMPN 03 Kepanjen, Malang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan termasuk dalam kualitatif dengan jenis penelitiannya yaitu studi kasus, yang mana dilakukan dengan penelitian mendalam mengenai individu maupun satu kelompok dalam waktu tertentu guna mendapatkan deskripsi yang utuh. Objek penelitian guru Pendidikan Agama Islam kelas IX SMPN 03 Kepanjen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini berupa pengorganisasian data ke dalam kategori, penjabaran hingga simpulan. Keabsahan data dikaji dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Beberapa kreativitas tersebut berupa penggunaan pembelajaran daring melalui Google Classroom dengan pemanfaatan media berupa audio visual yaitu video, (2) berbagai faktor pendukung kreativitas guru yaitu antara lain adanya sarana berupa smartphone ataupun laptop, buku paket sebagai penunjang, dan keberadaan Google Classroom itu sendiri. Sedangkan faktor penghambat yang ada, selain tidak dapat tatap muka yaitu sulitnya menanamkan keimanan, sulit dalam pembentukan karakter, komunikasi kurang maksimal, siswa yang terkadang tidak cocok, tidak mudah mengetahui kondisi siswa, serta kemampuan dalam mengaplikasikan Google Classroom yang tiba-tiba mengharuskan untuk dipergunakan sehingga guru Pendidikan Agama Islam tersebut perlu berlatih kembali, (3) Berbagai kreativitas yang salah satunya melalui penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang telah dilaksanakan tersebut berdampak positif sebab dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa.

In a learning process, it is certainly important for a teacher to have creativity that can be used when teaching. So that learning will be much more effective, efficient, and fun. Therefore it is necessary to apply creativity when teaching, for each teacher, including in this case the Islamic Religious Education teacher, in order to improve student learning achievement. The objectives of this study are to describe: (1) The creativity of Islamic Religious Education teachers in improving student achievement in the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic at Junior High School 03 Kepanjen, Malang. (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors for the creativity of Islamic Religious Education teachers in improving student achievement during the Covid-19 pandemic conditions at Junior High School 03 Kepanjen, Malang. (3) The impact of the creativity of Islamic Religious Education teachers in improving student achievement during the Covid-19 pandemic conditions at Junior High School 03 Kepanjen, Malang. The research method used is qualitative with the type of research, namely case studies, which are carried out by in-depth research on individuals and groups at a certain time in order to obtain a complete description. The research object of the class IX Islamic Education teacher Junior High School 03 Kepanjen. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis in this study was in the form of organizing data into categories, descriptions to conclusions. The validity of the data was assessed using triangulation techniques.
The results showed that, (1) Some of the creativity was in the form of using online learning through Google Classroom with the use of audio-visual media, namely video, (2) various supporting factors for teacher creativity, including the availability of facilities such as smartphones or laptops, textbooks as support and the existence of Google Classroom itself. While the inhibiting factors exist, apart from not being able to meet face to face, namely the difficulty of instilling faith, difficulty in character building, less than optimal communication, students who are sometimes unsuitable, not easy to know the condition of students, and the ability to apply Google Classroom which suddenly requires use. so that the Islamic Religious Education teacher needs to train again, (3) various creativity, one of which is through the implementation of the learning strategy that has been implemented has a positive impact because it can increase student achievement.
