Abstract
INDONESIA:
Adanya Covid-19 memberikan dampak nyata bagi dunia pendidikan di indonesia. Seperti yang disampaikan oleh Agus tentang hasil penelitian dalam jurnalnya yang juga terjadi di SMPN 2 Bangkalan bahwa tidak semua pendidik dan peserta didik siap untuk melakukan pembelajaran daring ini. Siswa merasa bosan dan jenuh karena tidak bisa bertatap muka dan banyaknya tugas yang diberikan guru. Sedangkan Guru tidak siap dengan komponen pembelajaran daring yang dibutuhkan. Oleh karena itu, Guru PAI dituntut harus lebih kreatif lagi dalam mempersiapkan dan melaksanakan pembelajaran daring, mulai dari RPP, bahan ajar, media, metode dan evaluasi pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) mengetahui proses kreativitas guru PAI dalam perencanaan pembelajaran daring pada era new normal di SMPN 2 Bangkalan. (2) Mengetahui upaya kreativitas guru PAI dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring pada era new normal di SMPN 2 Bangkalan. (3) Mengetahui hasil kreativitas guru PAI dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring pada era new normal di SMPN 2 Bangkalan.
Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan, yaitu dengan cara peneliti terjun ke lapangan. Peneliti menggunakan observasi peran serta, dokumen dan wawancara mendalam bersama wakil kepala bidang kurikulum, guru PAI dan siswa kelas 7,8,9. Lalu menganalisi data dengan pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian data kemudian mengambil kesimpulan dan memverivikasinya. Dan mengecek keabsahan data yang diperoleh menggunakan triangulasi teknik.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Guru PAI di SMPN 2 Bangkalan dapat melakukan beberapa kreativitas dalam merencanakan pelaksanaan pmbelajaran daring, seperti dalam membuat RPP, memilih media, metode, bahan ajar dan evaluasi pembelajaran yang sesuai. (2) Guru PAI melakukan upaya kreatif dalam menyukseskan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, seperti menyesuaikan RPP mengembangkan bahan ajar, metode, evaluasi pembelajaran dengan trial and eror, mengoperasikan media berbasis IT dengan mahir. (3) Hasil dari proses dan upaya kreativitas guru PAI di SMPN 2 Bangkalan adalah dapat melaksanakan pembelajaran daring dengan baik dan efektif serta hasil belajar siwa tidak jauh berbeda dengan pembelajaran luring. Disimpulkan, bahwa guru PAI di SMPN 2 Bangkalan ini kreatif dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai pendidik dalam situasi dan kondisi apapun.
ENGLISH :
The existence of Covid-19 gives a real impact to the education world in Indonesia. Agus, in his research results conducted in SMPN 2 Bangkalan, firmed that not all the teachers and students were ready to face this online learning. Students felt bored and surfeited due to the online learning process and the number of given assignments. In addition, the Teacher was not fully ready with the required online learning components. As a consequence of that, teachers of Islamic education were demanded to be more creative in preparing and executing the online learning process, starting from the lesson plan, teaching materials, teaching media, teaching methods along with effective and efficient evaluations.
The purposes of this research are to: (1) determine the process of Islamic Education teachers’ creativities in developing lesson plan in the era of New Normal in SMPN 2 Bangkalan. (2) reveal the creativity attempts of Islamic Education teachers in carrying out the online learning process in the new normal era at SMPN 2 Bangkalan. (3) discover the results of Islamic Teachers’ creativities in performing of the online learning in the era of new normal inSMPN 2 Bangkalan.
The researcher utilized the qualitative approach with field research type, the researcher went down the field. And researchers used role observation and documents along with deep interviews with the deputy head of curriculum, Islamic Education teachers and 7, 8, and 9 grade students SMPN 2 Bangkalan. The researcher then analyzed the data by assembling, reducing, presentation the data continued to draw conclusions and verify them, and check the validity of the data obtained using triangulation techniques.
The results of this research indicated that: (1) Islamic education teachers at SMPN 2 Bangkalan could do some creativities in arranging the online lesson plan, like making the lesson plans, choosing the righteous media, teaching methods, teaching materials and the appropriate evaluation. (2) Islamic Education teachers yielded creative efforts to make thelearning process successful, such as developing the teaching materials,teaching methods, teaching evaluations by trial and error, operating the IT-based learning media with skillfully. (3) The results of the creativity process and efforts of Islamic Education teachers at SMPN 2 Bangkalan are could carry out the online learning well and effective along with the student learning outcomes were not much distinguished from offline learning. It was concluded that the Islamic Education teachers at SMPN 2 Bangkalan were creative in realizing the job as an educator in any situation and condition.
