Perancangan Batu Agro - Creative Hub dengan Pendekatan Smart Building - Smart Envelope

ABSTRACT

Kota Wisata Batu merupakan kota wisata yang memiliki keunggulan dalam bidang pertaniannya. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari mayoritas aktivitas mata pencaharian masyarakat dan luas lahan kota yang digunakan sebagai ladang pertanian. Usaha menegah mikro pun dalam masyarakat juga mulai diminati sebgaian besar masyarakat, Salah satunya dengan menggali potensi alamnya dalam bidang agroindustry. Namun sebagian besar usaha pertanian tersebut belum dapat terkoneksi satu sama lain untuk menciptakan kolaborasi atau kerjasama dan memiliki tempat untuk bersosialisasi ataupun pengembangan usaha mereka. Oleh karena itu saat ini Kota Batu membutuhkan perencanaan prasarana kreatif yaitu Batu Agro - Creative Hub dimana aktivitas di dalamnya dapat mengkoneksikan antar pelaku industri kreatif dalam satu waktu dan satu ruang (Hub), mempermudah dalam menggagas inovasi baru dan melahirkan suasana dan citra Kota Batu yang kreatif (Creative dan Inovative) dengan daya dukung fasilitas terkini (Tecnology). Sehingga Kota Batu juga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan daerah dari sektor industri kreatif.

Berkaca dari permasalahan tersebut pendekatan secara arsitekturr dapat menjadi solusi dalam perancangannya. Yaitu menggunakan pendekatan Smart Building yang berfokus kepada Smart Envelope. Dimana Smart Envelope memiliki prinsip yaitu dapat beradaptasi dengan lingkungan, memiliki penghawaan yang efisien dan penerapan energi alternative yang dapat membantu terlaksananya kenyamanan dalam berinteraksi sehingga mampu mewujudkan sarana Hub yang nyaman. Smart Envelope juga memiliki prinsip mencerminkan lokalitas budaya dimana prinsip tersebut dapat mewujudkan prasarana kreatif yang mampu mempresentasikan kekayaan budaya Kota Batu sehingga terciptanya atmosfir kreatif dan kompetitif (Creative dan Inovative). Selain itu Smart envelope juga memiliki prinsip fasad dinamis dan responsive serta integrase otomatisasi yang dapat membantu mempermudah kinerja para creator dalam berkarya (Technology).

ABSTRAK

Kota Wisata Batu is a tourist city that has advantages in its agricultural sector. This can be seen from the majority of people's livelihood activities and the area of urban land that is used as agricultural fields. Micro businesses are also starting to be of great interest in the community, one of which is by exploring their natural potential in the agro-industry sector. However, most of these agricultural businesses are not yet able to connect to each other to create collaboration or cooperation and have a place to socialize or develop their businesses. Therefore, currently Batu City requires creative infrastructure planning, namely Batu Agro -Creative Hub,where activities in it can connect creative industry players in one time and one space (Hub),making it easier to initiate new innovations and create an atmosphere and image of Batu City. creative (Creative and Innovative)with the capacity to support the latest facilities (Tecnology). So that Batu City can also increase regional income from the creative industry sector.

Reflecting on these problems an architectural approach can be a solution in the design. Namely using a Smart Building approach that focuses on Smart Envelopes. Where the Smart Envelopehas the principle that it can adapt to the environment, has efficient ventilation and the application of alternative energy that can help carry out comfort in interacting so that it can create a comfortable Hub facility. Smart Envelope also has the principle of reflecting cultural locality where this principle can create creative infrastructure capable of presenting the cultural richness of Batu City so as to create a creative and competitive atmosphere (Creative and Innovative).In addition, the Smart Envelope also has a dynamic and responsive facade principle as well as an automation integration that can help facilitate the performance of creators in work (Technology).
