Abstract
INDONESIA:
kedisipilinan merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi berlangsungnya dalam kehidupan dan proses pendidikan. salah satu tujuan dari pendidikan adalah untuk membentuk pribadi yang disiplin. Dalam penerapan disiplin dengan menggunakan metode pembiasaan melalui budaya sekolah untuk melatih siswa memiliki rasa tanggung jawab dalam kedisiplinan, tepat waktu dalam menjalankan tugas, dan mulai sadar akan pentingnya kedisiplinan. Pada proses pembiasaan ini secara tidak langsung tingkat kedisiplinan peserta didik terus meningkat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MIN 4 Tulungagung bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan pendidikan karakter disiplinmelalui budaya sekolah di MIN 4 Tulungagung.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu penelitian kualitatif studi kasus. Proses pengumpulan data den gan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang sudah terkumpul berupa kata-kata dianalisis dengan cara reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) penerapan pendidikan;karakter disiplin melalui budaya sekolah di MIN 4 Tulungagung yaitu; (a) pembiasaan keteladanan, (b) pembiasaan spontan, (c) pembiasaan rutin, (d) pengkondisian. (2) Dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter disiplin memalui budaya sekolah di MIN 4 Tulungagung peserta didik mulai mampu menumbuhkan rasa kedisiplinan dalam diri tanpa adanya pengawasan, mampu menerapkan kedisiplinan dalam semua kegiatan dengan tertib dan disiplin.
ENGLISH:
Discipline is very important for the taking place in life and the educational process. one of the goals of education is to form a disciplined person. In the application of discipline by using the habituation method through school culture to train students to have a sense of responsibility in discipline, be on time in carrying out tasks, and begin to realize the importance of discipline. In this habituation process indirectly the level of student discipline continues to increase. This research was conducted at MIN 4 Tulungagung aims to determine the application of disciplinary character education through school culture at MIN 4 Tulungagung.
This research uses a qualitative approach, namely a qualitative case study research. The process of collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data that has been collected in the form of words is analyzed by means of reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
The results of this study indicate that: (1) the application of education, the character of discipline through the school culture at MIN 4 Tulungagung, namely; (a) exemplary habituation, (b) spontaneous habituation, (c) routine habituation, (d) conditioning. (2) In implementing disciplined character education through school culture at MIN 4 Tulungagung students begin to be able to foster a sense of self-discipline without supervision, being able to apply discipline in all activities in an orderly and disciplined manner.
