Abstract
INDONESIA:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembiayaan rahn dan qardh terhadap profitabilitas BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Jawa Timur cabang Pasar Sidoharjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi laporan keuangan bulanan BMT periode 2015 sampai 2019 dengan sampel penelitian data jumlah pembiayaan rahn dan qardh periode 2015 sampai 2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan judgement sampling atau purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, pembiayaan rahn dan qardh berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Jawa Timur, sedangkan secara simultan pembiayaan rahn dan qardh juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Jawa Timur.
ENGLISH:
This study aims to find out the effect of rahn and qardh financing on the profitability of BMT Mandiri Sejahtera East Java Pasar Sidoharjo Branch. This study uses a population of BMT monthly financial reports for the period 2015 to 2019 with a sample of data on the amount of rahn and qardh financing for the period 2015 to 2019. The sampling technique uses judgment sampling or purposive sampling. The research result shows that rahn and qardh financing has a significant effect on the profitability of BMT Mandiri Sejahtera East Java in parcial way. In addition, rahn and qardh financing also has a significant effect on the profitability of BMT Mandiri Sejahtera East Java simultaneously.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد تأثير تمويل الرهن والقروض على ربحية BMT Mandiri Sejahtera East Java ، فرع باسار سيدوهارجو. تستخدم هذه الدراسة مجموعة من البيانات المالية الشهرية BMT الفترة ٢٠١٥ إلى ٢٠١٩ مع بيانات عينة البحث عن مبلغ تمويل الرهن والقرض من ٢٠١٥ إلى ٢٠١٩. يستخدم أسلوب أخذ العينات أخذ العينات الحكم أو أخذ العينات هادفة. أظهرت النتائج أن تمويل الرهن والقرض كان له تأثير كبير على ربحية BMT Mandiri Sejahtera East Java ، في حين كان لتمويل الرهن والقرض في نفس الوقت تأثير كبير على ربحية BMT Mandiri Sejahtera East Java.
