Evaluasi praktik bagi hasil usaha tebu di pabrik gula Gempolkrep Mojokerto dalam perspektif Islam

Dalam praktik bagi hasil usaha tebu, pabrik gula merupakan pihak yang memberikan jasa penggilingan tebu pada para petani. Sedangkan petani tebu merupakan penghasil tebu yang membutuhkan jasa penggilingan dari pabrik gula. Dalam pelaksanaan kerjasama pabrik gula Gempolkrep memberikan pinjaman modal kepada petani untuk membeli bibit, pupuk, dan perawatan lahan. Bagi hasil pabrik dan petani sesuai dengan perjanjian adalah 70% untuk petani dan 30% untuk pabrik. Namun hubungan kerjasama antara pabrik gula dengan petani tidak selalu harmonis. Dalam bagi hasil tebu para petani merasa dirugikan dalam sistem bagi hasil yang telah dilakukan oleh pabrik. Agar tercipta keselarasan maka perlu adanya evaluasi praktik bagi hasil usaha tebu di Pabrik Gula Gempolkrep Mojokerto. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana praktik bagi hasil yang diterapkan di Pabrik Gula Gempolkrep dalam perspektif Islam. Dari latar belakang itulah sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan dengan judul “Evaluasi Praktik Bagi Hasil Usaha Tebu di Pabrik Gula Gempolkrep Mojokerto dalam Perspektif Islam”.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dimana tujuannya untuk menggambarkan secara sistematis tentang fokus penelitian pada bagi hasil usaha tebu. Subyek penelitian ada 2 orang. Analisis data bertujuan untuk menyederhanakan hasil olahan data, sehingga mudah untuk dibaca dan diinterpretasikan. Data yang diperoleh dengan cara observasi, interview (wawancara) dan dokumentasi. Analisa data melalui tiga tahap : reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan (verifikasi).

Hasil penelitian kerjasama yang dilakukan pabrik gula Gempolkrep dengan petani tebu dalam perspektif hukum Islam dinyatakan sah sebab telah sesuai dengan syarat sahnya objek akad. Sedangkan praktik bagi hasil antara pabrik gula Gempolkrep dengan petani tebu telah sesuai dengan konsep keadilan dalam hukum Islam.

In practice the results of operations of sugarcane, sugar mills are parties who provide services of milling sugar cane farmers. While sugarcane is the producer of sugarcane farmers who need the services of a sugar mill grinding. In the implementation of cooperative sugar factories Gempolkrep provide capital loans to farmers to buy seeds, fertilizer, and soil treatment. For the results of the factory and the farmers in accordance with the agreement was 70 % and 30 % for farmers to plant. But the cooperative relationship between sugar mills and farmers are not always harmonious. In result of cane for farmers feel disadvantaged in sharing system which has been done by the factory. In order to create alignment it is necessary to evaluate the results of operations practices for cane sugar factory Gempolkrep in Mojokerto. The purpose of this study was to determine how the results are applied to the practice at Sugar Factory Gempolkrep in Islamic perspective. From that background that this study was conducted with the heading " Results of Operations Evaluation Practice For Sugar Cane Factory Gempolkrep in Mojokerto in Islamic Perspective ".

This study used a descriptive qualitative approach where the goal is to describe systematically the focus of research on the sugarcane business results. The study subjects there are 2 people. Data analysis aims to simplify the data processed , making it easy to read and interpret. The data obtained by observation, interviews ( interviews ) and documentation. Analysis of data through three stages : data reduction, data display, and conclusion ( verification ).

The results of collaborative research with farmers plant sugar cane Gempolkrep perspective of Islamic law has been declared valid reasons in accordance with the contract terms object validity. While the practice of revenue sharing between Gempolkrep sugar mill with cane farmers in accordance with the concept of justice in Islamic law.
