Peran pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dalam memoderasi hubungan antara profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan BUMN tahun 2016-2018

Perkembangan industri saat ini semakin berkembang pesat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kemajuan teknologi, perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan serta perkembangan sistem informasi. Pertanggungjawaban sosial merupakan salah satu bentuk tantangan perubahan bagi perusahaan dengan melakukan proses pembangunan berkelanjutan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengukur pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) sebagai variabel pemoderasi.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2018. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 20. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah profitabilitas (X1), likuiditas (X2) dan leverage (X3), variabel dependen adalah nilai perusahaan (Y), dengan variabel moderasinya adalah pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) (Z). Teknik analisis data menggunakan
Partial Least Square.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaaan, likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan profitabilitas terhadap niali perusahaan, pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) memeperlemah pengaruh likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR)memperlemah pengaruh leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan.

The development of the industry is growing rapidly. This can be seen from the advancement of Technology, the development of science and development of information systems. Social responsibility is a form of change challenge for the company by conducting a sustainable development process. The purpose of this research is to measure the influence of profitability, liquidity, leverage on the company's value with the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as variable moderate.

The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The population of this research is a state-owned enterprises (BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The number of samples on this study was 20. Independent variables in this study are profitability (X1), Liquidity (X2) and leverage (X3), the dependent variable is the value of the company (Y), with its moderated variables being the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) (Z). Data analysis techniques use Partial Least Square.

The results of this study show that profitability affects negatively on company value, liquidity has no effect on the company's value, leverage has no effect on the company's value, the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is unable to moderate the profitability of the company's Strongswan, the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) weakens the impact of liquidity to the company's value, and the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) weakens the impact of l to the company's value.
