Pengaruh religiusitas terhadap motivasi sembuh pasien rawat inap di RSUD Sumberrejo

إن التشجيع على الشفاء لمما يحتاجه المرضى، خصوصا لعلاج المرضى في المستشفى. ومن أمثلة التشجيع على الشفاء التصرف الإيجابي على النفس، التوجه في تحقيق الهدف، ومدى القوة والدافع في تحقيق الهدف. ومما يؤدي إلى الترقية في التشجيع على الشفاء هو روح التدين لدى المرضى. وأما الهدف من هذا البحث فهو لإلمام الأمور التالية: أ) مدى روح التدين لدى المرضى، ب) مدى قوة التشجيع على الشفاء لديهم، ج) أثر روح التدين في التشجيع على تحقيق الشفاء لديهم في المستشفى الحكومية بسومبريجو.
وأما المنهج الذي تستخدمه الباحثة فهو المنهج النوعي بالاعتماد على تحليل الانحدار الخطي البسيط. وينحصر موضوع البحث على واحد وثلاثين نفراً من المرضى في المستشفى الحكومية بسومبريجو. ويدل البحث على النتائج التالية: أ) هناك تسعة وعشرون نفرا من المرضى في المستوى الوسطى من روح التدين، أي 93,3%. ب) هناك سبعة وعشرون نفراً من المرضى في المستوى الوسطى من مدى التشجيع على تحقيق الشفاء، أي 87,1%. ج) أثر روح التدين في التشجيع على تحقيق الشفاء بنتيجة كبيرة وذلك 0،000 (0,000>0,05). فلذلك تستنبط الباحثة أن روح التدين ذو أثر كبير في التشجيع على تحقيق الشفاء لدى المرضى في المستشفى الحكومية بسومبريجو.
وبناءاً على تحليل الانحدار الخطي لروح التدين في التشجيع على تحقيق الشفاء يحصل البحث على نتيجة معامل التحديد (R Square) بقدر 0,516. ويعني هذا أن أثر المتغير المستقل (روح التدين) في المتيغير المقيد (التشجيع على تحقيق الشفاء) بقدر 51,6%، بحد الدلالة على 0,000>

ABSTRACT

The healing motivation is something that patients need most, especially those are inpatients, such as having a positive attitude toward themselves, goal-oriented, and strength and encouragement in achieving the goal. One thing that can increase the motivation for cured patients is religiosity held by the patient. The purpose of the study is to identify: 1) the religious levels of inpatients, 2) The degree of motivation that is cured in the hospitalisations, 3) the religious impact of inpatient's healing at RSUD Sumberrejo
The study employs a quantitative approach with a simple, linear regression analysis. the subject of the research include 31 inpatients at rsud sumberrejo. The research shows that, 1) There are 29 patients at the moderate religious motivation by 93.3%, 2)There are 27 patients at medium healing motivational by 87.1%, 3) the religious impact on the healing motivation which a significant value of 0,000 (0,000< 0.05). Then it could be said that there is a significant impact between religiosity in the motivation for inpatients at RSUD SUMBERREJO
Based on the religiosity regression analysis of the healing motivational have coefficient of determination score (R square) of 0.516, which means that the effect of free variables (religiosity) on bound variables (motivation healing) is 51.6%. with significant levels 0,000<0,05.

ABSTRAK

Motivasi sembuh merupakan sesuatu hal yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh para pasien, terutama pasien yang menjalani pengobatan rawat inap di rumah sakit, seperti memiliki sikap positif terhadap diri, berorientasi pencapaian tujuan, serta kekuatan dan dorongan dalam pencapaian tujuan. Salah satu hal yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi sembuh pasien adalah religiusitas yang dimiliki oleh pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: 1) tingkat religiusitas pasien rawat inap, 2) tingkat motivasi sembuh pasien rawat inap, 3) pengaruh religiusitas terhadap motivasi sembuh pasien rawat inap di RSUD Sumberrejo.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Subjek penelitian adalah para pasien yang dalam perawatan inap di RSUD Sumberrejo berjumlah 31 pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat 29 pasien yang berada pada kategori tingkat religiusitas sedang dengan presentase sebesar 93,3%, 2) terdapat 27 pasien yang berada pada kategori tingkat motivasi sembuh sedang dengan presentase sebesar 87,1%, 3) pengaruh religiusitas terhadap motivasi sembuh dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 (0,000<0,05). Maka dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara religiusitas terhadap motivasi sembuh pasien rawat inap di RSUD Sumberrejo.
Berdasarkan analisis regresi religiusitas terhadap motivasi sembuh diperoleh skor koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,516, yang artinya bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas (Religiusitas) terhadap variabel terikat (Motivasi Sembuh) adalah sebesar 51,6%. Dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000<0,05
