Analisis tingkat kesehatan pada Koperasi Wanita (Kopwan) Dewi Sri berdasarkan Perdep KUKM Nomor: 06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016

Kopwan Dewi Sri adalah salah satu koperasi wanita di Kota Malang yang memiliki anggota koperasi berjumlah 187 orang dengan perputaran dana kurang lebih sebesar 1,7M. Tetapi, Kopwan Dewi Sri belum pernah melakukan penilaian kesehatan baik secara internal maupun eksternal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesehatan Kopwan Dewi Sri selama tahun 2017-2019.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian adalah Kopwan Dewi Sri. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan berdasarkan Perdep KUKM Nomor: 06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesehatan Kopwan Dewi Sri tahun 2017-2019 berada dalam kategori sehat dengan skor tahun 2017 sebesar 84,35, tahun 2018 sebesar 82,60 dan tahun 2019 sebesar 89,10. Aspek penilaian kinerja kesehatan yang terdiri dari: aspek permodalan, kualitas aktiva produkif, manajemen dan jati diri koperasi selama tiga tahun keuangan menunjukkan hasil skor yang sehat. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Kopwan Dewi Sri mampu menjaga kestabilan kesehatannya. Sedangkan aspek efisiensi, likuiditas dan kemandirian dan pertumbuhan menunjukkan hasil skor yang berbeda-beda dikarenakan adanya penurunan hasil dari beberapa rasio pada ketiga aspek tersebut.

Dewi Sri Women’s Cooperative is one of the women’s cooperative services in Malang City. As in 2019, Dewi Sri Women’s Cooperative has a total membership of 187 members with annual turnover of funds amounting to Rp 1.7 billion and has never conducted health assessment. In fact, KSP and USP health assessments are very important for internal and external parties. The guideline used for health assessment is Perdep KUKM Number: 06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016. The aim of this study is to determine the development of the performance of Dewi Sri Women’s Cooperative in 2017-2019.

This research uses quantitative method with descriptive approach and Dewi Sri Women’s Cooperative as the subject of the study. The technique of data collecting that employed are interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis of the data that used is based on Perdep KUKM Number: 06/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016.

The result shows that the health level of Dewi Sri Women’s Cooperative in 2017-2019 was in the healthy category with a score 84.35 in 2017, 82.60 in 2018 and 89.10 in 2019. There are 4 aspects that have the same score results in the three years, those are capital aspects, quality of productive assets, management, and identity of cooperatives. The reason is because Dewi Sri Women’s Cooperative could maintain the stability of its health. In the other hand, the aspects of efficiency, liquidity, independence and growth have different score results due to a decrease in the score of several ratios in all three aspects. Therefore, those are the reasons of the decrease and increase in the final score in 2017-2019.

الجمعية التعاونية النسائية دوي سري هي إحدى الجمعيات التعاونية النسائية الموجودة في مدينة مالانج. ولهذه الجمعية التعاونية 187 عضوا في عام 2019 بدوران سنوي لصنادي الأدخال مبلغه 1،7 مليارا ولم يقم بتقييم الصحية بتاتا. مع أن في الواقع، كان تقييم الأنشطة وأعمال الادخال والإقراض مهما جدا للأطراف الداخلية والخارجية. أما القاعدة الإرشادية المستخدمة في تقييم الصحية هي القانون المفوض لتعاونيات الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة رقم: 06/قانون/مفوض.6/4/2016. الهدف من هذا البحث هو لمعرفة تطور إجراء الجمعية التعاونية النسائية دوي سري عام 2017-2019.

استخدم هذا البحث نهجا كميا وصفيا بموضوع البحث الجمعية التعاونية النسائية دوي سري. طريقة جمع البيانات المستخدمة هي المقابلة، والملاحظة، والتوثيق. تحليل البيانات المستخدم استند إلى القانون المفوض لتعاونيات الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة رقم: 06/قانون/مفوض.6/4/2016.

توضح نتيجة البحث أن المستوى الصحي لجمعية تعاونية نسائية دوي سري يقوم في فئة صحيحة بإصابة عام 2017 قدر 84،35 وعام 2018 قدر 82،60 وعام 2019 قدر 89، 10. أربعة مجالات لها إصابة متساوية في هذه ثلاثة أعوام، وهي مجال التمويل، جودة الأصول الإنتاجية، الإدارة والهوية التعاونية، وذلك بسبب الجمعية التعاونية النسائية دوي سري قادرة على القيام بالحفاظ على عدالتها. أما مجال الفعالية، والسيولة والقيام بذات الجمعية والنمو لها تنيجة الإصابة المختلفة بسبب انخفاض نتيجة الإصابة في بعض نسة الجوانب الثلاثة. وهذا هو الأمر الذي يسبب إلى وجود ارتفاع الإصابة الآخرة وانخفاضها في عام 2017-2019.
