Peran Murabbi dan Musyrif mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan IPS dalam menumbuhkan interaksi sosial mahasantri putra di Pusat Mahad Al Jamiah UIN Malang

INDONESIA:

Manusia merupakan makhluk sosial yang saling membutuhkan satu dengan yang lain dalam menjalani kehidupannya untuk membentuk hubungan timbal balik sesama manusia. Tanpa hal itu, manusia akan kesulitan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat dan mencapai kebahagiaan hidup. Dalam melakukan hubungan timbal balik, manusia harus mampu menggunakan kemampuan intelektual dan kerja sama yang baik dengan orang lain disekitarnya. Dalam masyarakat akan terjadi proses sosial saling bekerja sama, berinteraksi sosial untuk mencapai suatu norma yang diharapkan di masyarakat. Upaya untuk melatih dan menumbuhkan interaksi sosial yang baik sesuai dengan etika dan norma yang ada di masyarakat, dibutuhkan adanya tempat atau lembaga seperti Mahad Al-Jamiah di UIN Malang.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan: (1) Program murabbi dan musyrif mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan IPS dalam menumbuhkan interaksi sosial mahasantri putra di Pusat Mahad Al-Jamiah UIN Malang. (2) Implementasi murabbi dan musyrif mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan IPS dalam menumbuhkan interaksi sosial mahasantri putra di Pusat Mahad Al-Jamiah UIN Malang.

Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Dengan metode pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data dengan cara mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Program murabbi dan musyrif mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan IPS dalam menumbuhkan interaksi sosial mahasantri putra di mahad meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. (2) Implemetasi murabbi dan musyrif mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan IPS dalam menumbuhkan interaksi sosial mahasantri putra di mahad melalui interaksi sosial asosiatif yaitu kerja sama, akomodasi dan asimilasi dan proses disosoatif yaitu kontravensi dan persaingan.

ENGLISH:

Humans are social creatures who need each other with each other in living their lives to form mutual relations between humans. Without that, humans will have difficulty in social life and achieve happiness in life. In conducting a reciprocal relationship, humans must be able to use their intellectual abilities and cooperate well with others around them. In a social process there will be social processes working together, interacting socially to achieve the expected norms in the community. Efforting to train and foster good social interaction in accordance with existing ethics and norms in society, there is a need for places and institutions such as Mahad Al Jamiah Universitas Islam Negeri ( UIN ) Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang.

The purpose of this thesis are: (1) The Advisor and Supervisor Program Students of Social Science in Growing Sosial Interaction of Student at The Dormitory Universitas Islam Negeri ( UIN ) Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. (2) The Advisor and Supervisor implementation Students of Social Science in Growing Sosial Interaction of Student at The Dormitory Universitas Islam Negeri ( UIN ) Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang.
The research used the qualitative approach. With interview data collection methods, observation and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions.

The result showed that, (1) Program Advisor and Supervisor Students of Social Science in Growing Sosial Interaction of Student at The Dormitory Universitas Islam Negeri ( UIN ) Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, consist of planning, implementation and evaluation, (2) The Advisor and Supervisor implementation Students of Social Science in Growing Sosial Interaction of Student at The Dormitory Universitas Islam Negeri ( UIN ) Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang consist associative social interaction is cooperation, accommodation and assimilation and dissociative social interaction is contravention and competition.

ARABIC:

الإنسان هو المخلوق الإجتماعي، أي الإنسان يحتاج بعضه بعضا في حياته للتشكيل العلاقة المتبادلة، بدونها سيجد الإنسان الصعوبة في حياته الإجتماعية و للحصول إلى الحياة السعيدة. في عملية العلاقة المتبادلة، يستخدم الإنسان القدرة الفكرية و القدرة التعاون مع الآخرين حوله. في المجتمع، ستكون عملية الإجتماعية للتعاون و التفاعل الإجتماعي للوصول على القاعدة التى تريده المجتمع. الطريقة لممارسة و تنمية التفاعل الإجتماعي وفقا با لقاعدة في المجتمع، يحتاج المكان أو المؤسسة كمثل وجود معهد الجامعة المركزي في جامعة مولانا مالك ابراهيم الإسلامية الحكومية مالانج.
يهدف هذا البحث للشرح :(۱) برنامج المربي و المشرف قسم تعليم العلوم الإجتماعية في تنمية التفاعل الإجتماعي للطلاب في معهد الجامعة المركزي جامعة مولانا مالك ابراهيم الإسلامية الحكومية مالانج (٢) طريقة المربي و المشرف قسم تعليم العلوم الإجتماعية في تنمية التفاعل الإجتماعي للطلاب في معهد الجامعة المركزي جامعة مولانا مالك ابراهيم الإسلامية الحكومية مالانج.
استخدم الباحث المدخل الكيفي. و الطريقة جمع البيانات هي الملاحظة، المقابلة و الوثائق. أما لطريقة لتحليل البيانات باستخدام تقليل البيانات، تقديم البيانات و أخد الخلاصة.
وأما نتائج البحث تدل على : (۱) برنامج المربي و المشرف قسم تعليم العلوم الإجتماعية في تنمية التفاعل الإجتماعي للطلاب في معهد الجامعة المركزي جامعة مولانا مالك ابراهيم الإسلامية الحكومية مالانج منها الاستعداد، التنفيذ، و التقويم. (٢) تنفيذ المربي و المشرف قسم تعليم العلوم الإجتماعية في تنمية التفاعل الإجتماعي للطلاب في معهد الجامعة المركزي جامعة مولانا مالك ابراهيم الإسلامية الحكومية مالانج من خلال التفاعل الاجتماعي الترابطي هي التعاون والإقامة والاستيعاب و التفاعل الاجتماعي الإنفصالي هي التناقض والمنافسة.
