Abstract
INDONESIA:
Sayuran merupakan bahan pangan yang banyak dibudidayakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Peningkatan produktivitas sayuran sering terkendala oleh hama, diantaranya ulat grayak yang dapat menyebabkan penurunan hasil produksi sampai 80%. Petani melakukan pengendalian dengan menggunakan pestisida sintetik, yang berdampak negatif bagi kesehatan dan lingkungan. Salah satu cara untuk mengurangi penggunaan pestisida sintetik yaitu dengan menggunakan pestisida nabati. Gulma ajeran berpotensi sebagai pestisida nabati. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekstrak gulma ajeran terhadap mortalitas dan perkembangan larva ulat grayak dan untuk mengetahui nilai LC50 dan nilai LT50 dari ekstrak gulma ajeran. Penelitian dilakukan di laboratorium hama dan greenhouse BALITTAS Malang. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Konsentrasi yang digunakan yaitu 0%, 10%, 20%, 40%, 60% dan 80% dengan 4 kali ulangan. Jumlah larva yang digunakan 360 ekor dengan parametermortalitas larva, nilai LC50 dan LT50, persentase larva yang menjadi pupa, persentase pupa yang menjadi imago dan berat larva. Data dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA, uji Duncan. Hasil persentase mortalitas larva tertinggi yaitu pada konsentrasi 80% dengan mortalitas sebesar 75,00% dan persentase terendah terdapat pada konsentrasi 10% sebesar 28,33%.Nilai LC50 tertinggi sebesar 80,801% dan yang terendah sebesar 27,055%. Sedangkan nilai LT50 yang tertinggi adalah 11,349 jam dan yang terendah adalah 3,526 jam.Pada presentase larva yang menjadi pupa, persentase terendah terdapat pada konsentrasi 80% yaitu 1,67% dan persentase tertinggi pada kontrol sebesar 30% serta pada konsentrasi 10% sebesar 11,67%. Adapun persentase pupa yang menjadi imago, persentase terendah terdapat pada 80% mencapai 1,67% dan persentase tertinggi terdapat pada kontrol sebesar 23,33% serta pada konsentrasi 10% sebesar 11,67%.

Vegetables are food that is widely cultivated by the people of Indonesia. Increasing productivity of vegetables is often constrained by pests, including Grayak worm which can cause a decrease in production by 80%. Farmers control using synthetic pesticides, which have a negative impact on health and the environment. The way to reduce the use of synthetic pesticides is to use plant-based pesticides. Ajeran weed has the potential to be plant-based pesticides. The research was conducted to determine the influence of ajeran weed extract against the development of Grayak worm and to determine the LC50 value and LT50 value of ajeran weed extract.The research was conducted in the pest and greenhouse laboratory of BALITTAS of Malang. The research design used s Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The concentrations were 0%, 10%, 20%, 40%, 60% and 80% with 4 replications. The number of larvae used 360 tail with parameters of larval mortality, value of LC50 and LT50, percentage of larvae that became pupae, percentage of pupae that became imago and weight of larvae. Data were analyzed using ANOVA, Duncan test. The highest percentage of larval mortality was at a concentration of 80% with a mortality of 75.00% and the lowest percentage was at a concentration of 10% at 28.33%. The highest LC50 value was 80.801% and the lowest was 27.055%. While the highest LT50 value was 11,349 hours and the lowest was 3,526 hours. At the percentage of larvae that became pupae, the lowest percentage was found at a concentration of 80% i.e. 1,67% and the highest percentage in control was 30% and at a concentration of 10% at 11,67%. The percentage of pupae that became imago, the lowest percentage was at 80% reached 1.67% and the highest percentage was in the control of 23.33% and at a concentration of 10% was 11.67%.
