Abstract
INDONESIA:
Pendidikan merupakan salah satu unsur penting dalam kehidupan manusia, dimana unsur ini secara umum bertujun untuk membantu manusia menemukan dirinya dan hakikat kemanusiaannya. Bahwasannya Pendidikan pondok pesantren bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan anak didik menjadi anak yang sholih dan bertaqwa menurut norma-norma agama Islam, sehingga membekali pada santrinya dengan pengetahuan agama, umum dan keterampilan yang di persiapkan untuk menghadapi kehidupan dalam masyarakat yang sesungguhnya.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk : (1) Mendeskripsikan perencanaan pembentukan karakter religius di ma’had Nurul Huda Kanigoro Blitar, (2) Mendeskripsikan strategi manajemen pesantren dalam pembentukan karakter religius di ma’had Nurul Huda Kanigoro Blitar, (3) Mendeskripsikan hasil dari pembentukan karakter religius yang dibentuk di ma’had Nurul Huda Kanigoro Blitar.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian studi lapangan. Informan yang di gunakan adalah pengasuh, ustad madrasah diniyah, santri, wali kelas madrasah diniyah. Pengumpulan data di lakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancra dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif yang berupa reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa (1) Perencanaan pembentukan religius di ma’had NURUL HUDA Kanigoro Blitar yaitu berupa Kontrol diri, rendah hati, mencintai kebaikan, (2) Strategi yang di gunakan adalah Instructive Sequential Strategi (keteladanan, pembiasaan, internalisasi nilai) dan Constructive Sequential Strategy (pemahaman dan kesadaran pelaku, sikap dan perilaku). (3) Hasil dari pembentukan karakter religius ini santri mengalami perubahan sikap dan perilaku dalam keseharian.
ENGLISH:
Education is one important element in human life, where these elements generally aim to help humans in discovering themselves and their human nature. In fact, Islamic boarding school education is truly marked to organize students to turn into children who are religious and dedicated according to Islamic religious norms, so that it prepares students with religious knowledge, general knowledge and skills prepared to live in real society.
The purposes of this study are to: (1) Describe the planning of religious character formation in Ma'had Nurul Huda Kanigoro Blitar, (2) Describe the Islamic Boarding School management strategy in the religious characters formation in the Ma'had Nurul Huda Kanigoro Blitar, (3) Describe the results of the religious character formation of the Islamic Boarding School in the Ma'had Nurul Huda Kanigoro Blitar.
This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach in terms of field study research. Informants are in use are leader of the institution, teacher, students and homeroom teacher class in Madrasah Diniyah. Data collection is done by using observation, interview and documentation methods. While data analysis uses qualitative data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.
The result of this study is revealed that (1) religious planning formation in Ma'had Nurul HUDA Kanigoro Blitar, specifically in the form of self-control, humble, love kindness, (2) strategies that uses in Ma'had Nurul Huda Kanigoro Blitar, are instructive Sequential Strategy (exemplar, habituation, internalization of values) and Constructive Sequential Strategy (understanding and awareness of actors, attitudes and behaviors). (3) As a result of this religious character formation, students change capability in attitudes and behavior in their daily lives.
