Abstract
Indonesia:
Penerapan adalah suatu cara pelaksanaan atau suatu praktek yang dilakukan secara individu maupun berkelompok berdasarkan tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Islam moderat merupakan pemahaman yang dipegang dan dimiliki oleh Islam dengan prinsip rahmatan lil ‘alamin, yaitu agama yang menjadi rahmat bagi seluruh alam dengan nilai-nilai mencakup sikap lurus dan di tengah-tengah, adil atau proporsional, toleransi dan perdamaian, musyawarah, persatuan dan pesaudaraan, persamaan dan kesetaraan, nasionalisme, menyeimbangkan penggunaan wahyu dan akal, melindungi dan membebaskan, serta menjaga warisan budaya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pemahaman ajaran Islam moderat di kalangan mahasantri Ma’had Sunan Ampel Al-Aly, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang (2) proses penerapan Islam moderat di kalangan mahasantri Ma’had Sunan Ampel Al-Aly, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang (3) upaya menjaga nilai-nilai Islam moderat di kalangan mahasantri Ma’had Sunan Ampel Al-Aly, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi non partisipan, wawancara terpimpin mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Data yang sudah terkumpul dikelola, dipilah, dan dianalisis menggunakan analisisdeskriptif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Sedangkan pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber.
Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) bentuk pemahaman ajaran Islam moderat di kalangan mahasantri Ma’had Sunan Ampel Al-Aly meliputi (a) akidah dan ibadah dengan pemahaman ahlsusunnah wal jama’ah berdasar asy’ariyah dan syafi’iyah (b) akhlak dengan pemahaman anti kekerasan, menerima konsep kenegaraan, arif terhadap local wisdom, mengedepankan substansi, mengutamakan toleransi, rasa saling memiliki, kepedulian sosial yang tinggi, sikap adil, mengedepankan musyawarah, menjunjung tinggi adab dan sopan santun. (2) Proses penerapan Islam moderat di kalangan mahasantri Ma’had Sunan Ampel Al-Aly meliputi (a) perencanaan melalui pra Ma’had, proses Ma’had, dan pasca Ma’had (b) pelaksanaan melalui program kegiatan inti akademik, program kegiatan spiritual keagamaan, dan program kegiatan penunjang keterampilan. evaluasi terhadap (a) program kegiatan melalui monev (b) proses belajar melalui monitoring dan iqob (c) hasil belajar melalui UTS dan UAS. (3) Upaya menjaga nilai-nilai Islam moderat di kalangan mahasantri Ma’had Sunan Ampel Al-Aly meliputi bentuk program (a) Ma’had Aly dan (b) Madrasah Diniyah.

Implementation is a way of apply and practicing individually or in groups based on the goals to be achieved. Islam moderate is an understanding that is held and possessed by Islam with the principle of rahmatan lil 'alamin, which is a religion that be a mercy for all the world with values that include righteousness and in the middle, just or proportional, tolerance and peace, deliberation, unity and brotherhood, equality, nationalism, balancing the use of revelation and reason, protecting and liberating, and preserving cultural heritage
This study aims to find out (1) understanding of moderate Islam teachings amongst students Ma’had Sunan Ampel Al-Aly, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang (2) process of implementation moderate Islam amongst students Ma’had Sunan Ampel Al-Aly, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang (3) effort to maintain moderate Islamic values amongst students Ma’had Sunan Ampel Al-Aly, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang.
This study uses qualitative research. Data collection is done by non-participant observation, in-depth guided interviews, and documentation. The data that has been collected is managed, sorted, and analyzed using descriptive analysis which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Whereas checking the validity of the data uses source triangulation.
The study findings show that (1) the form of understanding from moderate Islamic teachings amongst student Ma’had Sunan Ampel Al-Aly includes (a) aqeedah and worship with an understanding of ahlussunnah wal jama'ah based on Ash'ariyah and Shafi'iyah (b) morals with understanding of non-violence, accepting the concept of statehood, wisdom towards local wisdom, prioritizing substance, prioritizing tolerance, sense of belonging, high sense of social care, fairness, prioritizing deliberation, upholding manners and courtesy. (2) The process of implementing moderate Islam among students Ma’had Sunan Ampel Al-Aly includes (a) planning through pre-Ma’had, Ma’had process, and post-Ma’had (b) implementation through core academic activities programs, religious spiritual activities programs, and skills support activities programs. Evaluation of (a) program activities through monitoring and evaluation (b) the process of learning through monitoring and iqob (c) learning outcomes through midterm and final exam. (3) Efforts to preserve moderate Islamic values among students Ma’had Sunan Ampel Al-Aly include the forms of (a) Ma'had Aly and (b) Madrasa Diniyah.
