Abstract
ENGLISH:
Islamic boarding school is one of the unique and distinctive Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. The community is a consumer of Islamic boarding schools that prioritizes balanced religious education with general knowledge. Islamic boarding schools are required to be able to hear and provide the education desired by the community. Therefore, it is necessary to have a good public relations management in the Islamic boarding school Muadalah which is good in its implementation. In order to obtain the best service for the community.
The objectives of this study are: (1) To find out the planning of public relations management in Muadalah Islamic Boarding School in increasing public interest in the Mamba'ul Hikam Blitar Islamic Boarding School. (2) To find out about the implementation of the management of public relations schools in Muadalah is to increase public interest in the Mamba'ul Hikam Blitar Islamic Boarding School. (3) To find out about the evaluation of the management of public relations schools in Muadalah is to increase public interest in the Mamba'ul Hikam Blitar Islamic Boarding School.
To achieve the objectives of this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods. By using descriptive qualitative methods, researchers become the main instrument, through in-depth interviews, observations, and documents. The data that has been obtained in the analysis then checked the validity of the data using triangulation techniques and member cheek.
From the results of this research, it can be seen that the planning of public relations management of Muara pesantren in increasing public interest was discussed at the initial meeting of the year discussing public relations, and continued with the preparation of a public relations work program. The implementation of muad pesantren public relations management includes the implementation of activities: the implementation of the pesantren curriculum, the implementation of a community approach with alumni, the implementation of PPL, BWM Management, the implementation of activities involving the community. Public relations evaluation in the form of evaluation of work programs and evaluation of public relations targets. In increasing public interest in the Mamba'ul Hikam Islamic Boarding School, this is indicated by the number of students increasing every year. And community participation in Islamic boarding schools in all activities that are realized with moral or material support.
INDONESIA:
Pondok pesantren merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan Islam di Indonesia yang unik dan khas. Masyarakat merupakan konsumen pondok pesantren yang mengutamakan pendidikan agama yang seimbang dengan pengetahuan umum. Pondok pesantren dituntut untuk mampu mendengar dan menyediakan pendidikan yang diinginkan oleh masyarakat. Maka dari itu perlu diperlukan manajemen humas pesantren muadalah yang baik dalam pelaksanaannya. Agar diperoleh pelayanan terbaik bagi masyarakat.
Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui perencanaan manajemen humaspesantren muadalah dalam meningkatkan minat masyarakat di Pondok Pesantren Mamba’ul Hikam Blitar. (2) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan manajemen humaspesantren muadalah dalam meningkatkan minat masyarakat di Pondok Pesantren Mamba’ul Hikam Blitar. (3) Untuk mengetahui evaluasimanajemen humaspesantren muadalah dalam meningkatkan minat masyarakat di Pondok Pesantren Mamba’ul Hikam Blitar.
Untuk mencapai tujuan dari penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, peneliti menjadi instrument utama, melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, serta dokumen. Data yang sudah diperoleh di analisis lalu di cek keabsahan datanya menggunakan teknik triangulasi dan member cheek.
Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa perencanaan manajemen humaspesantren muadalah dalam meningkatkan minat masyarakat telah dibahas pada rapat awal tahun yang membahashumas, dan dilanjutkandenganmenyusun program kerjahumas. Pelaksanaan manajemen humas pesantren muadalah yang meliputi pelaksanaan kegiatan: pelaksaanaan kurikulum pesantren, pelaksanaan pendekatan masyarakat dengan alumni, pelaksanaan PPL, Pengelolaan BWM, pelaksanaan kegiatan yang melibatkan masyarakat. Evaluasi humasyang berupaevaluasi Program kerja dan evaluasi target humas.Pada peningkatan minat masyarakat di Pondok Pesanten Mamba’ul Hikam ditunjukkan dengan jumlah santri yang meningkat dalam tiap tahunnya. Dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap Pondok Pesantren dalam segala kegiatan yang diwujudkan dengan dukungan moral atau material.
