Pengaruh paparan audio Murattal Surat Al-Fatihah terhadap viabilitas sel kanker secara in vitro

The prevalence of breast, cervical, and colon cancers is the biggest in Indonesia. Nowadays, the modalities of cancer therapy have varying effectiveness and selectivity. Therefore, supportive therapy is needed to support the healing of cancer. The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of audio exposure in murattal Surah Al-Fatihah against the viability of normal Vero cells, HeLa cancer cells, WiDr cancer cells, MCF-7 cancer cells, and T47D cancer cells. The method used is the MTT Assay to compare the viability of each cell tested. Sound exposure using murattal audio of Shaykh Misyari Rasyid with the frequency of 43 Hz to 22 kHz and the sound intensity of 64 dB to 95 dB. The results of the viability of audio in Surah Al-Fatihah are normal Vero cells, HeLa cancer cells, WiDr cancer cells, MCF-7 cancer cells, and T47D cancer cells, which are respectively; 96.08%, 89.09%, 88.65%, 79.84%, and 86.78%. Thus, the Anova One-way test value is 0,000. The result is Surah Al-Fatihah audio exposure has more significant differences in viability in cancer cells compared than normal Vero cells.

Prevalensi kanker payudara, serviks, dan kolon menempati urutan paling besar di Indonesia. Modalitas terapi kanker yang ada saat ini memiliki efektifitas dan selektifitas yang beragam, terapi supportive dibutuhkan untuk menunjang penyembuhan penyakit kanker. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh paparan audio murattal suara Al-Fatihah terhadap viabilitas sel normal Vero, sel kanker HeLa, sel kanker WiDr, sel kanker MCF-7, dan sel kanker T47D. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan MTT Assay untuk membandingkan viabilitas masing-masing sel yang diuji. Paparan suara menggunakan audio murattal yang dibacakan oleh Syaikh Misyari Rasyid dengan frekuensi sebesar 43 Hz sampai 22 KHz dan dengan intensitas suara sebesar 64 dB sampai 95 dB. Hasil nilai viabilitas paparan audio murattal surat Al-Fatihah yaitu sel normal Vero, sel kanker HeLa, sel kanker WiDr, sel kanker MCF-7, dan sel kanker T47D secara berturut-turut adalah sebesar 96,08%, 89,09%, 88,65%, 79,84%, dan 86,78% dengan nilai uji anova one-way sebesar 0,000. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa paparan suara audio murattal surat Al-Fatihah menyebabkan perbedaan viabilitas pada sel kanker secara signifikan dibandingkan dengan sel normal Vero.
