Abstract
INDONESIA:
Penyusunan aksi rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi pasca bencana alam dilakukan untuk mengetahui jenis kerusakan dan tindakan pasca bencana alam yang harus ditanggung pemerintah. Agar jenis kerusakan dan tindakan pasca bencana alam sesuai data yang dilapangan maka dilakukan penelitian yang mengimplementasikan metode weighted product - Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (WP-TOPSIS). Hasil yang didapat merupakan pengujian dari data yang dihitung menggunakan metode WP-TOPSIS dibandingkan dengan data manual dari BPBD provinsi jawa timur tahun 2016, 2017, dan 2018. Hasil dari pengujian tersebut menggunakan 123 data total, 105 data bisa dipakai dan 18 data yang tidak bisa dipakai, dihasilkan 101 data yang bernilai positif dan 4 data yang bernilai negatif. Hasil prosentase pengukuran akurasi menggunakan metode confusion matrix sebesar : precision 96% data, Recall 85% data, F – measure 90% data, dan accuracy 82% data. Dari hasil pengujian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode weighted product - Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (WP-TOPSIS) dapat diterapkan pada sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu surveyor dalam melakukan penyusunan aksi rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi fisik pasca bencana alam.
ENGLISH:
Preparation of rehabilitation and reconstruction actions after natural disasters is carried out to determine the types of damage and actions after natural disasters that must be borne by the government. So that the types of damage and actions after natural disasters are in accordance with the data in the field, a research was carried out with the implements of the Weighted Product-Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (WP-TOPSIS) method. The results obtained testing of data calculated by using the WP-TOPSIS method compared with manual data from BPBD of East Java Province in 2016, 2017 and 2018. The results of these tests used 123 total data, 105 data can be used and 18 data that cannot be used, and it produced 101 positive data and 4 negative data. The results of the percentage measurement of accuracy used the confusion matrix method: precision was 96% data, Recall was 85% data, F-measure was 90% data, and accuracy was 82% data. From the test results it can be concluded that the method of weighted product-Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (WP-TOPSIS) can be applied to a decision support system to assist surveyors in preparing physical rehabilitation and reconstruction of actions after natural disasters.
