Abstract
ENGLISH:
The application of Islamic culture is very important for companies, considering that at this time many companies dominate human resources. Some companies use employees excessively without regard to the needs of their employees, this is because the company has not implemented Islamic rules and culture that can provide spiritual motivation to employees. Organizational culture will be very perfect if it is combined with religion that originates from the Qur'an and As-Sunnah, as exemplified and applied by the Prophet Muhammad. In this case, Muslims are expected to be able to apply religious teachings and implement their values in social life and at work. In this study the authors wanted to know the implementation of Islamic organizational culture at PT Muamalat Bank Indonesia Tbk Malang branch.
This study using qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach to systematically describe the focus of research that includes the application of Islamic organizational culture. This research is located in Malang branch of Muamalat Bank. There are seven research subjects. As for the data collection the authors use data collection methods such as observation, interviews, and documentation.
Based on research results show that Muamalat Bank reflects Islamic culture and applies it in work activities and social activities in the community. This can be seen from the values that are applied, the thoughts (philosophies) of employees and the symbols used as the identity of Muamalat Bank.

Penerapan budaya islami penting sekali bagi perusahaan, mengingat saat ini bagitu banyak perusahaan yang mendominasi sumber daya manusia. Beberapa perusahaan memanfaatkan karyawan secara berlebihan tanpa memperhatikan kebutuhan karyawannya, hal ini karena perusahaan belum menerapkan aturan dan budaya islami yang bisa memberikan motivasi spiritual kepada karyawan. Budaya organisasi akan menjadi sangat sempurna jika dipadu dengan agama yang bersumber pada Al-quran dan As-sunnah, seperti yang telah dicontohkan dan diaplikasikan Nabi Muhammad. Dalam hal ini, umat Islam diharapkan mampu mengaplikasikan ajaran-ajaran agama dan mengimplementasikan nilai-nilainya dalam kehidupan sosial maupun dalam bekerja. Dalam penelitian ini penulis ingin mengetahui implementasi budaya organisasi islami pada PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. Cabang Malang.
Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk menggambarkan secara sistematis tentang fokus penelitian yang meliputi penerapan budaya organisasi islami. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Bank Muamalat cabang Malang. Subyek penelitian ada tujuh orang. Adapun dalam pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, interview, dan dokumentasi.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bank Muamalat mencerminkan budaya islami dan menerapkannya dalam aktivitas kerja maupun aktivitas sosial dalam bermasyarakat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai-nilai yang diterapkan, pemikiran (falsafah) dari karyawan dan symbol-simbol yang digunakan sebagai identitas Bank Muamalat.
