Abstract
INDONESIA:
Disiplin merupakan merupakan perilaku yang menunjukkan sikap taat dan patuh terhadap segala aturan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, disiplin harus didasari dengan rasa tanggung jawab dan menerima segala kosekuensi. Dengan ditanamkannya sikap disiplin kepada siswa diharapkan siswa dapat berperilaku sesuai dengan aturan dan tata tertib yang ada dan siswa dapat membedakan mana perilaku yang seharusnya dilakukan dan mana perilaku yang seharusnya tinggalkan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan peran dari guru dalam membimbing siswa agar hidup secara teratur dan penuh tanggung jawab.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah unuk mendeskripsikan kedisiplinan siswa, mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui peran guru akidah akhlak dalam menanamkan sikap disiplin kepada siswa dan menyelesaikan hambatan yang dihadapi oleh guru akidah akhlak dalam menanamkan sikap disiplin kepada siswa di MTs Wahid Hasyim 01 Dau Malang.
Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitan kualitatif. Dalam perjalanan mengumpulkan data penulis menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan dalam menganalisis, penulis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk mendukung uraian dari keadaaan dilapangan, penulis sertakan dokumentasi sebagai pelengkap dan penguat data penelitian.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kedisiplinan siswa di MTs Wahid Hasyim 01 Dau Malang masih belum maksimal karena terdapat beberapa faktor yang disebabkan oleh siswa, guru dan lingkungan keluarga. (2) Peran guru akidah akhlak dalam menanamkan sikap disiplin kepada siswa adalah: Pengajar, Pendidik, Model (Contoh), Penasehat dan Pemimpin. (3) Faktor penghambat dan solusi dalam menanamkan sikap disiplin, yaitu: (1) Faktor Penghambat: a. Siswa, pengaruh lingkungan pergaulan dan karakter siswa yang sulit di arahkan. b. Guru, tidak semua guru menyadari pentingnya kedisiplinan, c. Keluarga, orangtua memberi kebebasan kepada anak, keluarga broken home dan orangtua sibuk bekerja. (2) Solusi: a. Selalu memberikan pengertian kepada siswa tentang pentingnya memiliki sikap disiplin, b. Memberlakukan sanksi/hukuman yang mendidik, c. Kerjasama antar sesama guru, d. Menjalin komunikasi dengan orangtua siswa, e. Menghafal dan mengenal nama siswa.

Discipline is a behavior that shows obedience to all rules. In practice, discipline must be based on the responsibility and accepting all consequences. By establishing a disciplined attitude to students is expected that students can behave in accordance with the rules and regulations and the students can distinguish which behaviors should be carried out and which behaviors that should be leaved. Therefore it needs the role of the teacher in guiding students to live regularly and responsibly.
The purposes of the researchare to describe the discipline of students, describe and know the role of the moral belief teacher in instilling discipline of students and resolve the obstacles faced by moral belief teacher in instilling discipline in students at Wahid Hasyim 01 Junior high school of Dau, Malang.
The research included qualitative research. In collecting data, the researcher used the method of observation, interviews and documentation. In analyzing, the researcher used descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. To support the description of the situation in the field, the researcher included documentation as a complement and reinforcement of research data.
The research results showed that: (1) Discipline of students at Wahid Hasyim 01 Junior high school of Dau, Malang is still not optimal because there are several factors caused by students, teachers and family environment. (2) The roles of the moral belief teacher in instilling discipline in students are: Teachers, Educators, Models (Examples), Advisors and Leaders. (3) Inhibiting factors and solutions in instilling discipline are: (1) Inhibiting Factors: a. Students, the influence of the social environment and the character of students is difficult to direct. b. Teachers, not all teachers realize the importance of discipline, c. Family, parents give freedom to the children, and broken home family and also parents are busy in a job. (2) Solution: a. Always provide understanding to the students about the importance of discipline attitude, b. giving sanctions c. Collaboration between teachers, d. establishthe communication with parents, e. Memorize and identify the names of students.
