Abstract
INDONESIA:
Perbedaan dalam berbagai macam kehidupan pada aktivitas keseharian manusia adalah sebuah keniscayaan, termasuk perbedaan pendapat mengenai fiqih khilafiyah. Perbedaan pendapat dalam fiqih khilafiyah kerap kali mengundang pertikaian di masyarakat. hal ini terjadi dikarenakan kurangnya sikap toleransi seseorang terhadap perbedaan pendapat fiqih khilafiyah, padahal perbedaan pendapat mengenai fiqih sudah terjadi berangsur lama dan ulama terdahulu sudah memberi contoh dalam menyikapi perbedaan pendapat fiqih khilafiyah yang terjadi. Namun kenyataanya masih banyak orang yang tidak mencontoh sikap para ulama dalam menyikapi hal tersebut, sehingga munculah sikap saling merasa benar sendiri dan saling menyalahkan. Kemudian terdapat Madrasah yang memberikan fokus dan juga perhatian lebih jauh mengenai toleransi terhadap khilafiyah fiqih. Tujuan penelitian dari penulisan skripsi ini adalah pertama, mendeskripsikan bagaimana bentuk sikap toleransi siswa terhadap khilafiyah fiqih di MA Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor. Kedua, mendeskripsikan bagaimana peran guru fiqih dalam menumbuhkan sikap toleransi siswa terhadap khilafiyah fiqih di MA Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor. Ketiga, seperti apa kendala guru fiqih dalam menumbuhkan sikap toleransi siswa terhadap khilafiyah fiqih di MA Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengambil objek MA Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga cara yaitu, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Proses pengecekan data menggunakan triangulangsi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran guru fiqih dalam menumbuhkan sikap toleransi siswa terhadap khilafiyah fiqih di MA Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor sebagai berikut: 1) bentuk toleransi yang dimiliki oleh siswa terhadap khilafiyah fiqih adalah sikap menerima serta berlapang dada terhadap khilafiyah, tidak mengklaim pendapatnya paling benar sendiri, tetap merekatkan ukhuwah ditengah perbedaan dan tidak bersikap tatharruf atau ekstrem. 2) peran guru fiqih dalam menumbuhkan sikap toleransi siswa terhadap khilafiyah fiqih diantaranya ialah membekali siswa dengan iman, amal akhlak dan adab secara proporsional, mengajarka siswa tentang adab dalam berikhtilaf, mengajarkan siswa untuk mengikuti ulama terdahulu dengan mengetahui dalilnya. 3) kendala guru fiqih dalam menumbuhkan sikap toleransi siswa terhadap khilafiyah fiqih ialah terbatasnya jam pembelajaran fiqih bidayatul mujtahid, kurang sabarnya siswa dalam mempelajari ilmu fiqih dan beberapa siswa yang belum memiliki buku pelajaran fiqih.
ENGLISH:
The difference in various kinds of life in human daily activities is a necessity, including differences in opinion regarding the fiqh of khilafiyah. Differences of opinion in the Khilafiyah jurisprudence often invite disputes in the community that allows to fade the attachment of the Muslim Ukhuwwa, this is due to the lack of a person's tolerance for the differences opinion of the Khilafiyah jurisprudence, even though differences of opinion regarding fiqh have occurred over time and previous scholars have provided examples in addressing differences in opinion that occurred khilafiyah fiqh. But in fact there are still many people who do not imitate the attitude of the scholars in addressing this, so that an attitude of mutual self-righteousness and mutual blame arises. Then there are Madrasa that give focus and also further attention regarding tolerance to khilafiyah fiqh. The purpose of this thesis writing research is first, to describe how the forms of student’s tolerance towards the khilafiyah fiqh in MA Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor. Second, it describes how the role of fiqh teacher in fostering student’s tolerance towards fiqh khilafiyah in MA Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor. Third, what is the obstacle for fiqh teachers in fostering student’s tolerance towards fiqh khilafiyah in MA Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor.
This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach by taking the object MA Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor. Data collection techniques carried out in three ways, there are, observation, interviews and documentation. Technical analysis of the data used by data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The process of checking data uses triangulangsi, so the data obtained is valid data.
The results showed that the role of fiqh teacher in fostering the tolerance of students towards fiqh khilafiyah in MA Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor as follows: 1) the form of tolerance possessed by students towards fiqh khilafiyah is the attitude of acceptance and tolerance for the khilafiyah, not claiming the most correct opinions , still glue ukhuwah amid differences and not be tatharruf or extreme. 2) the role of fiqh teacher in fostering student’s tolerance towards fiqh khilafiyah is to equip students with faith, moral deeds and manners proportionally, teaching students about adab in difference of opinion, teaching students to follow the previous ulama by knowing their arguments. 3) the obstacle of fiqh teacher in developing student’s tolerance towards fiqh khilafiyah is the limited hours of bidayatul mujtahid fiqh, lack of patience in studying jurisprudence and some students who do not yet have fiqh textbooks.
