Abstract
INDONESIA:
Penelitian ini menyangkut permasalahan yang ada pada salah satu sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan yaitu karyawan, yang berperan memberikan motivasi kerja terhadap sesama karyawan agar semua karyawan bisa eksis terhadap pekerjaan. Disamping itu, lingkungan kerja disekitar perusahaan masih terorganisir terutama limbah padat dan cair, sedangkan limbah gas masih belum terorganisir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh motivasi kerja secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja, memediasi variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indocitra Jaya Samudera Bali.
Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian analisis jalur (analysis path). Lokasi penelitian di PT. Indocitra Jaya Samudera Bali dan objek penelitian yaitu karyawan bulanan tetap dan harian tetap. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 69 karyawan dari jumlah populasi sebesar 69 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan kuesioner.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis jalur (analysis path) diperoleh hasil secara parsial motivasi kerja (X) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), dan lingkungan kerja (Z) tidak menjadi variabel mediasi antara pengaruh motivasi kerja (X) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y).

This study concerns the problems that exist in one of the human resources owned by the company, namely employees, whose role is to provide work motivation to fellow employees so that all employees can exist on the job. In addition, the work environment around the company is still organized, especially solid and liquid waste, while gas waste is still unorganized. The purpose of this study is to determine how the effect of work motivation directly on employee performance, work environment, mediating work motivation variables on employee performance at PT. Indocitra Jaya Samudera Bali.
This research uses quantitative research with path analysis research. Research location at PT. Indocitra Jaya Samudera Bali and the object of research are permanent monthly employees and permanent daily employees. Samples taken as many as 69 employees from a total population of 69 employees using saturated sample techniques. Research data obtained from interviews and questionnaires.
Based on the analysis of the path (analysis path) obtained partial results of work motivation (X) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y), and the work environment (Z) does not become a mediating variable between the effect of work motivation (X) on employee performance (Y) .
