Abstract
INDONESIA:
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) merupakan perilaku sosial positif yang dilakukan oleh karyawan atau anggota organisasi dengan memberikan kontribusi pada organisasi dan lingkungan kerjanya yang melebihi tuntutan peran atau posisi dalam melakukan tugasnya. Lingkungan kerja yang kurang baik akan mengakibatkan menurunnya hasil kinerja anggota atau sebaliknya, jika lingkungan kerja sangat baik maka akan menimbulkan rasa kepuasan kerja dan meningkatkan hasil kinerja organisasi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara langsung dan tidak langsung lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta menganalisis OCB sebagai pemediasi antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian ekplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh anggota UKM KOMMUST UIN Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel acak (simple random sampling) dengan jumlah 129 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis jalur path.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja dan dapat berpengaruh secara tidak langsung melalui OCB, atau dengan kata lain OCB mediasi antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja.
ENGLISH:
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a behavioral social positive were performed by employees or members of the organization to give a contribution to the organization and the environmental work that exceeds the demands of the role or position in doing its job. Environmental work that is less well will result in decreased its member performance results or vice versa , if the work environment is very good it will lead to a sense of job satisfaction and improve organizational performance results. The research is aimed to analyze the effect is direct and not direct an Environmental work towards the satisfaction of work, as well as analyze the OCB as mediation between environmental work to the satisfaction of work.
Research is using the type of research explanatory with approach quantitative. The study population includes all members of the UKM KOMMUST UIN Malang. Mechanical taking samples using a sample randomly ( simple random sampling ) with the number 129. Analysis of the data in the study is using the approach to the analysis path .
Results of the study showed that environmental work had the effect is direct to the satisfaction of working and be able to influence according not directly through the OCB, or in other words OCB mediation between environmental work to the satisfaction of work.
