Abstract
INDONESIA:
Contextual Teaching And Learning merupakan model pembelajaran yang menggabungkan materi pelajaran dengan pengalaman dan kejadian yang terjadi di lingkungan siswa. Melalui pembelajaran IPS menggunakan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching And Learning siswa akan mampu menerapkan materi yang didapatkan dalam kehidupan siswa agar menjadi pribadi yang baik di lingkungannya dengan kecerdasan sosial yang baik. Kecerdasan sosial merupakan modal bagi siswa untuk membaur di lingkungannya. Kcerdasan sosial adalah kemampuan siswa dalam membangun dan mempertahankan relasi, berinteraksi, dan berempati.
Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk: (1) Mengetahui kecerdasan sosial siswa kelas VIII SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad, (2) Mengetahui Bagaimana Penerapan peningatan kecerdasan sosial siswa melalui penerapan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) pada pembelajaran IPS Terpadu kelas VIII SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad, (3) Mengetahui hasil penerapan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) pada pembelajaran IPS Terpadu kelas VIII SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad terhadap kecerdasan sosial siswa.
Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisa data mengunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, pemaparan data, kesimpulan atau veririkasi untuk mendeskripsikan data dan mengambil kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, (1) Dalam kelas VIII SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad terdapat berbagai tingkat kecerdasan sosial yang disebabkan oleh faktor kepribadian siswa dan juga pengaruh lingkunga keluarga, (2) Penerapan peningatan kecerdasan sosial siswa melalui penerapan Contextual Teaching and Learning pada pembelajaran IPS Terpadu kelas VIII SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad masih kurang efektif dikarenakan adanya kendala fasilitas dan juga pembelajaran yang masih kurang sesuai dengan asas pada Contextual Teaching and Learning, (3) Hasil dari peningatan kecerdasan sosial siswa melalui penerapan Contextual Teaching and Learning pada pembelajaran IPS Terpadu kelas VIII SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad masih lemah. Proses pembelajaran yang masih belum maksimal dan juga tidak adanya upaya pendukung lainnya di luar kelas merupakan penyebab lemahnya hasil dari pembelajaran pada kecerdasan sosial siswa.

Contextual Teaching And Learning is a learning type that combines subject matter and experience as well as the events that occur in the student environment. Through social studies learning that uses the Contextual Teaching And Learning learning, students will be able to apply the material obtained in students' life in order to become good individuals in their environment with good social intelligence. Social intelligence is the ability of students to build and maintain relationships, interact, and empathize, so social intelligence is a capital for students to adapt in their environment
This research aims to (1) Knowing the social intelligence students of VIII class in Sabilurrosyad Islamic Middle School (SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad), (2) Knowing how the application increasing the students social intelligence using conception of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) on integrated social studies class VIII Sabilurrosyad Islamic Middle School, (3) Knowing the result of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) application on the Integrated social studies in class VIII SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad against social intelligence of students.
This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data. Techniques of data Collection were observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of data using the data collection, data reduction, data display, and finally verification and conclusion to describe and drawing conclusion of data.
The Result of this research are (1) The Social intelligence students of VIII class in Sabilurrosyad Islamic Middle School (SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad) there are various level caused by student personality factors and also the influence of family environment (2) application increasing the students social intelligence using conception of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) on integrated social studies class VIII Sabilurrosyad Islamic Middle School is less effective due to facility constraints and also learning that is less compatible with the principles on Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) (3) The increasing social intelligence of students trough the application of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) in Integrated Social studies in class VIII SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad is low level. this occurs because the learning process is still not optimal and the absence of support from outside the class.
