Abstract
INDONESIA:
Sumber belajar merupakan hal paling penting dalam suatu pembelajaran. Bank mini merupakan salah satu sumber belajar yang ada di SMK PGRI 2 Kediri yang digunakan sebagai tempat praktik siswa. Dimana sebenarnya hanya diperuntukkan untuk siswa program keahlian akuntansi, akan tetapi oleh sekolah juga digunakan untuk prakerin (Praktik Kerja Industri) seluruh siswa di SMK PGRI 2 Kediri. Pihak sekolah melakukan upaya optimalisasi yang diserahkan sepenuhnya pada petugas bank mini dan dibantu pokja prakerin. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, peneliti mengadakan penelitian “Optimalisasi Fungsi Bank Mini Sebagai Sumber Belajar Siswa Program Keahlian Akuntansi di SMK PGRI 2 Kediri”.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: 1) Untuk menjelaskan optimalisasi fungsi bank mini sebagai sumber belajar bagi belajar siswa program keahlian akuntansi di SMK PGRI 2 Kediri, 2) Untuk menjelaskan kendala yang dihadapi dalam mengoptimalkan fungsi bank mini sebagai sumber belajar siswa program keahlian akuntansi di SMK PGRI 2 Kediri.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan interview (wawancara), observasi dan dokumentasi dengan analisa data yang dilakukan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan atau verifikasi data.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Optimalisasi fungsi Bank Mini sebagai sumber belajar di SMK PGRI 2 Kediri dilakukan dengan empat cara yaitu: pembuatan peraturan siswa praktik di bank mini, jadwal piket jaga dan prakerin (Praktik Kerja Industri) bank mini, breafing dan pengawasan kepada peserta praktik, serta Gebyar Undian Bank Mini, 2) Kendala yang dihadapi oleh petugas bank mini di SMK PGRI 2 Kediri adalah waktu praktik, kemampuan siswa, dan teknologi manual yang gunakan dalam proses transaksi.

Learning resource is the most important thing in learning. The existence of Vocational High Schools (SMK) is assumed that graduates are able to develop work skills. The mini bank is one of the learning resources available at PGRI Vocational High Schools (SMK) 2 of Kediri which is used as a place for students to practice where is actually only intended for accounting expertise program students, but by the school is also used for the field industrial practice
(prakein) of all students at PGRI Vocational High Schools (SMK) 2 of Kediri. The school has made an optimization effort which was left entirely to the mini bank officer and assisted by the industrial work practice program. Based on the description above, the researcher conducted a research "Optimization of Mini Bank Function as Learning Source of Accounting Expertise Program at PGRI Vocational High Schools (SMK) 2 of Kediri ".
The purposes of the research are to: 1) explain the optimization of the functions of a mini bank as a learning resource for students learning of the accounting expertise program at PGRI Vocational High Schools (SMK) 2 of Kediri, 2) explain the obstacles of the optimization of the functions of a mini bank as a learning resource for students learning of the accounting expertise program at PGRI Vocational High Schools (SMK) 2 of Kediri
To achieve the objectives above were used qualitative methods by using descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation and documentation, data analysis were performed by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or data verification.
The research results showed that: 1) the optimization of the functions of a mini bank as a learning resource for students learning of the accounting expertise program at PGRI Vocational High Schools (SMK) 2 of Kediri there are four that is by making student practice regulations at the mini bank, picket schedule and the industrial work practice program of the mini bank, briefing and supervision to Practical participants, the Mini Bank Lottery Festival, 2) the constraints for teacher of mini bank are practical time of students, student abilities related to accuracy, and manual technology that is used in the transaction process.
