Pengaruh keaktifan mahasiswa dalam organisasi dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan IPS UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan yang sering muncul pada mahasiwa yang aktif berorganisasi seperti pembagian waktu, cara belajar juga terlalu aktifnya mahasiswa dalam organisasi, sehingga menimbulkan persepsi pada masing-masing mahasiswa.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menjelaskan pengaruh keaktifan mahasiswa dalam organisasi terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan IPS UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, (2) menjelaskan pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan IPS UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, (3) menjelaskan pengaruh kekatifan mahasiswa dalam organisasi dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan IPS UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang

Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi yang diambil penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa pendidikan IPS UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang yang mengikuti organisasi sebanyak 173 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan jenis random sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel secara random atau acak sebanyak 121 mahasiswa. Pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reabilitas. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji t dan uji f.

Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dibantu dengan bantuan SPSS diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa, (1) Terdapat pengaruh negatif signifikan keaktifan mahasiswa dalam organisasi terhadap hasil belajar dengan koefisien regresi sebesar -0,007; (2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,005; (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan keaktifan mahasiswa dalam organisasi dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar.

This research is motivated by problems that often arise in students who are active in organizations such as the division of time, learning method, and the overactive students in the organization. so that it's giving rise to various perceptions in each student.

This study aims to: (1) to explain the influence of student activeness in the organization on the learning outcomes of Students on Social Sciences Education department of Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University Malang, (2) to explain the influence of learning motivation of Students on Social Sciences Education department of Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University Malang (3) to explain the influence of student effectiveness in organizations and learning motivation on learning outcomes of Students on Social Sciences Education department of Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University Malang.

To achieve these objectives using a quantitative approach to the type of correlational research. The population taken in this study was all Students of Social Sciences Education department of Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University Malang who participated in the organization are 173 students. The sampling technique uses a type of random sampling, which is random sampling or as much 121 is random . Testing instruments using validity and reliability tests. While the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analyses with t-test and f test.

Based on the results of data analysis assisted with the help of SPSS, it was concluded that (1) There was a significant negative Influence or effect on student activity in the organization on learning outcomes with a regression coefficient of -0.007; (2) There is no significant positive effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes with a regression coefficient of 0.005; (3) There is a significant positive effect on student activity in the organization and motivation to learn about learning outcomes.
