Abstract
INDONESIA:
Untuk mencapai ketuntasan belajar guru perlu memilih metode yang tepat misalnya menggunakan metode Inquiry Learning. Pasalnya disinyalir masih banyak sekolah yang proses pembelajarannya belum sesuai dengan tuntutan kurikulum 2013 yang menekankan siswa aktif. Dengan menggunakan metode Inquiry Learning diharapkan dapat menumbuhkkan pembelajaran siswa aktif (SCL), meningkatkan daya serap dan mempermudah siswa mencapai ketuntasan belajar minimal yang sudah ditentukan oleh guru mata pelajaran atau sekolah tersebut.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah implementasi metode inquiry learning materi kegiatan ekonomi di kelas VII SMP Nurul Anwar Tuban. (2) Untuk mengidentifikasi ketuntasan belajar ilmu pengetahuan sosial materi kegiatan ekonomi dengan metode inquiry learning di kelas VII SMP Nurul Anwar Tuban. (3) Untuk mengidentifikasi solusi guru dalam mengatasi siswa yang belum mencapai ketuntasan belajar di kelas VII SMP Nurul Anwar Tuban.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk analisis data peneliti melakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Langkah-langkah implementasi metode inquiry learning di kelas VII A SMP Nurul Anwar Tuban dilakukan sesuai dengan langkah pembelanjaran inquiry yaitu memulai pembelajaran dengan pertanyaan-pertanyaan kemudian siswa mencari tahu sendiri jawaban tersebut kemudian menganalisisnya, membuat keputusan-keputusan setelah itu mempresentasikan jawabannya didepan kelas secara lisan maupun tulisan. (2) Ketuntasan Belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial Materi Kegiatan Ekonomi dengan Metode Inquiry Learning mayoritas peserta didik memperoleh ketuntasan belajar, nilai rata-ratanya diatas KKM. Selain itu peserta didik lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran, berani mengemukakan pendapat, mudah memahami materi serta suasana belajar yang kondusif. (3) Solusi dalam mengatasi peserta didik yang belum mencapai ketuntasan belajar dilakukan dengan cara memberikan pembelajaran remidi seperti pemberian pembelajaran tambahan mengenai materi kegiatan ekonomi dan dilanjutkan pemberian tes pilihan ganda.

To achieve mastery learning, the teacher needs to choose the right method, for example, using the Inquiry Learning method. The reason is there are still many schools which the learning processes are not in accordance with the demands of the 2013 curriculum, which emphasizes active students. By using the Inquiry Learning method, it is expected to be able to foster active student learning (SCL), increase absorption and make it easier for students to achieve the minimum mastery learning determined by the subject teacher or school.
The aims of this study are: (1) To describe the steps of the implementation of the inquiry learning method on economic activity subject in class VII SMP Nurul Anwar Tuban. (2) To identify mastery learning on social science economic activities subject with the method of inquiry learning in class VII SMP Nurul Anwar Tuban. (3) To identify teacher solutions in overcoming students who have not achieved mastery learning in class VII SMP Nurul Anwar Tuban.
This research uses a qualitative approach and type of case Descriptive. Data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews and documentation. For data analysis, researcher conductes by collecting, reducing, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The last thing about the validity of the data.
The results of the study are as follows: (1) The steps of the implementation of the inquiry learning method in class VII A SMP Nurul Anwar Tuban are carried out in accordance with the inquiry learning step which is to start learning with questions then students find out for themselves the answers then analyze them, make decisions after that present the answers in front of the class verbally and writing. (2) Mastery learning on social science economic activities subject with the Inquiry Learning Method of the majority of students, the get the average value. It is above the standard of Mastery Learning. In addition, students are more active in learning, dare to express opinions, easy to understand the material and a conducive learning atmosphere. (3) The solution in dealing with students who have not yet achieved the mastery learning is done by providing remedial learning such as providing additional learning about material economic activities and continued by giving multiple choice tests.
