Abstract
INDONESIA:
Hasil belajar merupakan kemampuan yang diperoleh siswa setelah melalui kegiatan belajar. Siswa selalu menginginkan hasil yang diperoleh maksimal. Hasil belajar dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya kreativitas guru dan lingkungan sekolah. Guru yang kreatif akan bisa menciptakan suasana belajar yang aktif dan menyenangkan serta lingkungan sekolah yang baik dan layak akan mendukung berjalannya proses belajar mengajar. Sumber belajar sangat penting dimiliki oleh siswa karena dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar yang konkrit dan langsung. Tetapi ketika siswa tidak peduli dengan sumber belajar yang dimiliki, tentunya proses pembelajaran tidak berlangsung maksimal. Dalam hal ini guru harus memiliki berbagai cara agar pembelajaran dapat berlangsung maksimal.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) menjelaskan pengaruh kreativitas guru IPS terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII MTs Negeri 7 Malang (2) menjelaskan pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII Mts Negeri 7 Malang (3) menjelaskan pengaruh kreativitas guru IPS dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII MTs Negeri 7 Malang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan kreativitas guru IPS terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII MTs Negeri 7 Malang dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 1,032 (2) terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII MTs Negeri 7 Malang dengan nilai korfisien regresi sebesar 0,593 (3) terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan kreativitas guru IPS dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII MTs Negeri 7 Malang dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 39,2%.
ENGLISH:
Learning outcomes are the results obtained by students during the learning process. Every student certainly wants maximum results. The learning outcomes are influenced by several factors, including teacher creativity and school environment. The creative teacher will be abe to create an active and fun. A good and decent school environtmen will support the learning process. Learning resources are very important for student, because they can provide a concrete and direct learning experience. But when students don’t care about the learning resources they have, the learning process doesn’t optimally. In this case the teacher must have many ways so that learning can optimally.
The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the influence of social sciences (IPS) teacher creativity on the learning outcomes of students on class VIII of State Islamic Junior High School 7 Malang (2) to describe the influence of the school environment on the learning outcomes of students on class VIII of State Islamic Junior High School 7 Malang (3) to describe the impact of social sciences teacher creativity and school environment towards the learning outcomes of students on class VIII students of State Islamic Junior High School 7 Malang.
Furthermore, the approach employed in this study was quantitative with the type of descriptive research and utilized multiple linear regression analysis. Also, data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation.
The results of the study explain that: (1) there is no significant favorable influence on the creativity of social sciences teachers on the learning outcomes of student on class VIII of State Islamic Junior High School 7 Malang with 1,032 regression coefficient(2) there is a significant positive effect on the school environment on the learning outcomes of student on class VIII of State Islamic Junior High School 7 Malang with 0,593 regression coefficient (3) there is a significant positive effect on the creativity of social studies teachers and the school environment on the learning outcomes of students on class VIII of State Islamic Junior High School 7 Malang with 39,2% coefficient of determination.
